  1. possibly. Im willing to bet if you send them to a competent builder they can extract some good numbers out of it. As long as the ports aren't all over the place and crazy timings. It was probably a super expensive top end when it came out. So not many were sold. I've only seen Google pics if them. Never knew anyone that owned or physically held on.
  2. Yeah. But it's also baldwin. Building national level bikes, the work should be the best. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G890A using Tapatalk
  3. I guess. My rear shock they rebuilt for me is pretty sweet. Cost me a decent amount tho. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G890A using Tapatalk
  4. it may be a decent chunk of change to repair them. I use baldwin motorsports (pep place) or a local ohlins place.
  5. I don't replace shit till it breaks. But to need it out the door. That's crazy. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G890A using Tapatalk
  6. 67k for a truck. Still needs 1200 worth of shit. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G890A using Tapatalk
  7. Cost of convenience. Fucked with it once and not going to bother again. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G890A using Tapatalk
  8. But it. Pay for new parts. Replace them the day you bring it home because the oem don't work. On a brand new truck. If i buy something new it should work. If not, why buy it?
  9. It even easier to call Corey at kompulsive concepts and pay him the 30 bucks for a harness that's already done
  10. your going to need to take some time to get used to them. I hated them at first. Now nothing else compares
  11. Woah. Don't hold it in, who was it? Not doing other people favors by not saying.
  12. I want this for my shelf. Just cool to have a pretty rare piece that you never see
  13. You have a 58 160? What kind of port work? That sounds like an awful lot of fuel for PT pipes. But I have seen smaller carbs want bigger jets.
  14. I like to tell my self that. While my engine is being rebuilt I drained that gas and peeked in the tank with a light. Shit still gets in. Just the crap the gets on the cap and when you open it I guess. I cleaned it out 2 years ago with a hose and air and a bunch of gas. It was spotless.
  15. So I just went and watched a bunch of YouTube videos. It's def got my interest.
  16. I don't know. Check the manual. All that shit is in there
  17. The other stuff? What brand of carbs? what jets?
  18. Ohm the caps? Correct plugs? Parking brake/tors disconnected? Coil good? Harness good? Pull the flywheel and shake it?
  19. he paid and had the title. It's his car. He owned every part on it at that point.
  20. Mac Matco Cornwell blue point. These are all more expensive. Craftsman is probably more in your budget and works just fine.
  21. http://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/1148423-i-bought-a-s2000-and-got-ripped-off/page__st__275 I already heard this on 2 other forums.
  22. Hmmm. Well nothing I can see that stands out then.
