  1. It shouldn't be to difficult. It's all fairly simple and straight forward. Only one is setting float height. If you don't have the right tool then you need to get one.
  2. Oh yeah. Those spots that the dome is chipped is is a weak point. It's only o ring holding back the coolant/combustion. Also throw a straight edge across the head cylinders too. When you throw on the head if you want to be super anal about it, loosen the cylinders then tq the head. But that's why I say throw a straight edge across the cylinders now. 3. Well you need a new dome. I wouldn't bother trying new o rings. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G890A using Tapatalk
  4. First thing first, just tap the bowls with a screw driver handle. If that doesn't help you need to pull carbs and set float height. Look up how to do that. Will be in Clymers if you own one. If you don't, buy one. If that's not it, you need to check the seat and needle. A q tip with some compound, toothpaste, or some cleaner will clean the seat. But you really need to inspect the rubber tip on the needle. Usually the get grooved and don't seal. You'll need to order a carb rebuild kit and replace them.
  5. Why is this happening? 3 times?? That's excessive
  6. Hiper tech 3 dual beadlockshttps://hiper-technology.com/wheels/tech-3/
  7. my rears have dual beads. Hit it with a drill and I can swap rears with rims still on bike if I wanted.
  8. I think so. Honda was smart so I'm sure they used the same throttle for every bike they built.
  9. Don't cut the springs. Get the throttle, you'll like it Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G890A using Tapatalk
  10. again, if the cylinders are gone for 2 months, and your crank is back in 2 weeks, where is this added time coming from??
  11. 99% of builders can/will do trail and dune stuff. But keep us posted on the port and dyno.
  12. You're talking to people that have done this literally hundreds of times
  13. Okay, if the crank is out and back before your porting is done, how does that add time?
  14. took only a week to get a crank trued and welded. This guy seems to think that takes months. 2 days to get there. Jeff called me in the afternoon and said it was done and going out the same day he got it. It's easier to blow out jobs that only take a few minutes. Just get it out of the way.
  15. Hmmm. I want to hear the science behind proven engine break in methods Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G890A using Tapatalk
  16. There is no answer. There's opinion. Ask 10 people get 11 different answers. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G890A using Tapatalk
  17. Do you not know, or are you looking to start an argument
  18. nope. Came across them on ebay. Hit the buy it now. Didn't even concider price.
  19. I've seen 93's with good cranks. Run it.
  20. We are riding bikes that have been out of production since 06. The newest crank is 10 years old. Did your bike come from a different country?
