What new do you have? Get a new hub, pressure plate, shift shaft, eccentric, folding tabs, cable, actuator, and clutch basket.
Unless you did alread .
But that will make or break a bike that shifts perfect over sloppy on a un touched trans.
I think there's a language barrier if he calls.
Where are you located? Are there competent 2 stroke (banshee specific) builders out there?
If not, you should cancel that whole order and go through 1 person.
Driveline would be a good choice as the can get you cylinders domes gaskets and everything part you need and it'll all work together.
Just get a bunch of metric bolts.
Why pay the dealer 2-3 bucks per bolt.
Prob a 8x1.25 or a 6x1.50 I think is the other common size. I'm not to sure on that.
Yes then that is condensation. The trans is vented to atmosphere. So as it cools it pulls in air. The clear cover cools way faster then the aluminum.
Same as a cold can being out of the fridge.
Sorry but those cylinders look like junk.
The right side boost port looks cracked and so does the sleeve in the same spot.
I'd really triple check them again.
Fuck that, don't deal with moochers on this site. Ride it, enjoy it, then do what you want.
If it giving it away, tearing it apart or setting it on fire.
