  1. Yeah I started it to see it I could see what exactly it was and when i took the dip sticking out I heard them clashing a little bit. Really wish I had a magnetic drain plug.
  2. Yeah nobody has a completely dust/ dirt free environment. Plus if it's gonna go in the dirt I can guarantee your gonna get dirt in there. I ran my motor on straight water for a few strokes one time. It's the nature of the beast.

  4. Damn. I mean it snaps back into place tho, just when I gas it it flops you could say then when I back off it returns.
  5. So I just rebuilt my motor hjr port(awesome by the way) but I talked to Kevin and he said throw it together and ride it like you stole it. So I take his word. No problems, but I felt something hit my leg. My kicker has always been loose so I figured that's what it was. Well I look down when I felt it again to close it and I see it fell down to the foot peg, I back off the gas it pops back up, so I nail the throttle the kicker slams down. Every time I gas it, it dies that. Can someone one explain
  6. You can't cut that. Some one has the specs, and I'm sure if it's rubbing now it's way out. And don't get one from eBay. I forgot who posted the pic but someone had there cheap eBay one fold up and really lock up the rear and destroy some stuff at the same time.

  8. Good call, it would suck to have that happen then be S.O.L like I said if anything I'll just get a coolhead. Eight hurt to keep the extra power cooler. And have interchangeable domes for future use.
  9. Seems easy enough. I have 2 heads so I can just compare the 2 and I'll just start at .010. Worst case I'll just bite the bullet and get a coolhead. Thanks again for your help. And if any one had any more input I'd like to know. Thanks
  10. I wanna keep running 93. I have a Sunoco right around the corner. What is squish? I'm handy with a micrometer and calipers so you can get into detail. Thanks for helping me out

  12. So I've searched all over this site and can't really find info on a milled head. Allot of people suggest it but no info really about it that I could find. I wanna keep my banshee looking stock. I just got it ported and a 4 mill ready to go. If I take off .035 why one have an idea of where that should put me as far as compression? I wanna keep running pump 93. Is .035 good? Should I go less? Will the piston smash the head? Can I do this but make the chamber a little bigger? Any help will be really appreciated. As you can tell I'm going into this pretty much blind. Thanks again guys.

  17. not to sure, I think someone had this name before me. I have been trying to reset everything but I think certain things are kind of set into the site. I'm gonna ask the Admin. if theres anything I can do about that.
  18. Hey guys new to the site, got my first banshee about 2 months ago. Found this and just went from there. So now my wallets empty my jugs are coming back from HJR Ive done just about all I can to the stock motor, and I cant wait to get this thing back together. But anyone from Jersey give me a shout I'm always looking for people to ride with. specially if they got a banshee. Rob
  19. ya that sounds about right if your planning on doing some more mods then i would go with a 9 paddle
  20. definetly go with a 9 paddle extreme, 8 would not be enough with your mods too much wheel spin and 10 would hook up to good.....go with a 9 extreme

  22. my brother went to the dunes w/ his bro and they saw a guy with one and his bro has a yfz450 thats highly modified and can keep up with most the shee's and the raptor was kepin' with him and it was completely stock sounds pretty impressive...but nothin like a shee
  23. ya the maier plastics have different bolt holes and are pretty much completely different.....i think someone i know had one custom made but thats all u can get ....thats y i got UFO
