  3. Sounds like you still might be out of adjustment. Did you adjust for the thickness of the new clutch?
  4. Use a meter. No point in replacing bulbs if you have no voltage.
  5. Umm how much gas does this hold??? I'm not seeing a gas tank.

  8. theres not 2 seperate jugs. it all comes off in one piece. what kind of engine are you running?
  9. I hooked up the cheap ass walmart fog lights. Those things are really bright. I dont know how interchangeable the bulbs are, but for 20 bucks I'll just go get a new set.
  10. Tap it. Same thing happend to me, I just went one size bigger.
  11. Fuck that ignition. You got it stolen even when you had it hooked up, you can take it out. Glad to hear you got your shee back. Now you learned, test ride with cash in hand.
  12. 60 and 90? That is way to low. Get a second gauge to confirm those numbers.
  13. Check you compression, clean the carbs, check the plugs. Do all the maintenance stuff. What is done to the bike? Be overly specific. Like what's your gearing, tires, tors, parking brake, any little thing.
  14. Payment sent for pipes and still no info. Only when you told me you noticed they were damaged. But I was S.O.L for today to go riding.
  15. Check that, and clean the seat and the rubber on the needle.
  16. You have to get them done in pairs. You need the exact piston. Lets just say you used the old one after the bore, the gap is to big. The piston will basically flop around till it shatters. To tight is to tight. I think you can figure what happens. You can take them to a shop. They will do it and know what piston you need. If you have the money you can send them out to get ported. Check out hjr or F.A.S.T. I went to HJR and he bored it to the next size, and ported it. Sent me back everything new pistons,rings, and gaskets. If that's not in the budget, just get them bored out.
  17. the head? or the jugs? if its the jugs, you have to bore it to the next size. as long as there mot gouges. as far as the head i dont know about repair, bbut you can ge a stock one from here for cheap. and you can get a milled one to up the compression a little to bump up a little power.
  18. First check the plugs. Do the easy stuff first. You might just be getting an incomplete burn.
