    If it stalled when breaking, that just might be the clutch adjustment. It looks bone stock. Get pics of it if you can.

    Send the stockers out to be ported and get a 4 mil.

    Do a leak down test, there's a how to section. Double check the reeds, did you re jet for the port?

    keep it simple. you can get alot more power out of the stock cylinders with a 4 mil. my 4 mil and port is awesome for the trails.

    So you have a stock axel that "looks" straight, and a fucking boost bottle? And you don't even have pics of your old fucked up parts that you probably can't even give away? Gtfo.

    I hooked up just the low, this way I can either push the switch to the middle or pull it from the high beam which is now another off position.

    easy to check. How are you running the gas lines too? start wit as much basic stuff as you can. the oil dripping down is just because it isn't burning. My bike backfired and blew the reeds out when I burnt up the harness. hope you dont have any serious problems

    check your harness isn't burning against the exhaust. that's how it started with mine.

    True, this rebuild has just been trial and error as of now. This thing was pulling hard to, just didn't ride it long enough to burn up the harness. Which reminds me, how does everyone run there harness?

    Thats the best option right there. if you dont want it I'll come there and take it cause it wont start. I'll give him 650 no problem

    That's what I'm gonna do. The real kick in the ass is I just got this motor in the bike and running! Just my luck. Well I gotta find replacement reeds, Yamahaman thanks allot for the help. Definitely got me pointed in the eight direction and then called it out, so damn good diag skills if you ask me

    just replaced the little pieces of wire harness with some new wire, still no start not to sure where to go from here. I'm done for the day. This thing is gonna piss me off

    I hope its that simple. I'm leaving for Costa Rica Sunday would be nice to at least have it start.

    I'm getting a used one for cheap. I still got spark. I'm not sure if is strong enough. The melted wires might have to much resistance. I'll keep updating. Good thing I have Thursdays off

    It was up against the exhaust. Bike shut down to one cylinder, let out a huge back fire then that was that. So I'm getting a new harness, but it won't do me any good if I fried anything. So I just wanna know it any one else went through this and fried something else.

    I went out last night and burned up the harness. Could I have blown out the CDI or coil?
