  1. I didn't think so either. Like I said I highly doubt its any electrical. But there is an off chance it could be. First I would check your compression. Are you using shit gas? All the other questions I asked too.
  2. His motor runs hard. I told him to never order from that guy again. I just can't believe that he has like 10000 transactions and his eBay score is like 93%.
  3. Hell yeah stroke it. I wish some one told me that from day one. And your best bet is to use a stock frame, can find ful rollers for cheap. But if you want to beat a 450 you need a 4 mil and port.
  4. Believe it or not, when he brought it over I was like, holy shit, where the fuck did you get this? Then he went on to tell me how he was on eBay and found this guy that has a huge listing of a ton of banshee parts. So we went to check it out and he got it from minkia38.
  5. But it is hit or miss. I redid my friends motor after a chain whack took out the bottom case, just used a new bottom and he's had no problems.
  6. Do you have a timing plate? Did you mod you stock one? Do you know it's detonating? What's your compression? I would send my cases out to get checked if everything else passes. As far as electrical parts causing detonation I don't think so, but shit it can happen
  7. Put you head against the seat and ask it. For real? Get a gauge if you have to know. Or figure out why its over heating.
  8. I have one on my bike. I never got around to getting a cross over tube. I'm just gonna get a different intake with out the holes. But I keep a real close eye on it, if my bike starts acting up I check that before anything. Just make sure its seated all the way in the boots and the clamps have tension.

  10. Its a kit. Tell them what domes you want. You'll get a head domes o rings acorn nuts and washers.
  11. How about the TORS or parking brake? Burn harness? On my blaster my cable snapped and that was it. Did it back fire?

  13. I was losing gas out the carb bowl. I couldn't tell but when I looked close the bottom of the bowl was always wet. but that didn't run me out that fast. If you want put a little air pressure in the tank, see it you can see a gas leak maybe one of the lines, at the petcock, maybe the T. Maybe you have a hole in the tank. Your bike can't burn that much gas.,
  14. I got mine at cycle gear. I think like 20 bucks a piece.
  15. Yes and no. You can get the 110 rod, normal pistons that you have now or the 115 rod. You need the blaster pistons. I think 795. They say the short rods have a lot more side load and wear faster. I got it anyway, I'll let people know how it ends up. If I do see a major wear pattern I'm gonna get the 115.
  16. Only special tool is the fly wheel puller. To get the clutch of just use a impact gun.
  17. Check your jetting, where do you ride? One place by me is a trail prob 40 ft wide and a few miles long. Pretty flat. Gas doesn't last long down that trail. I'm ported and 4 mil tho.

  20. Do a leak down, see if it's the head gasket. The impeller is a C clip pop the gear off remove the pin flip the cover over and pull the pump out. There usually hard up spin because of the seal. if its really hard, yours might have melted. Get a clymers. How's your jetting? Is it on the lean side? When you say internals what do you mean? Did you get an aftermarket exhaust and not jet it? Ported? Big bore kit? Anything like that?
