  1. Did you lock down the nut. You use a allen key to adjust, use a 10 wrench to keep from spinning, tighten down nut with 13. Then adjust up at lever
  2. Here in Jersey it'll go on craigslist for 4-5k. I can't guarantee it sells but prices here are insane. I see some bikes in the for sale section and I can't believe it.
  3. Regardless, I would do it. Nothing wrong with you being the last one to put your motor together. Now you can't play the blame game.
  4. I see a second banshee coming you're way. Once you get on it and see what its like that's all it takes. These are big boy toys, a lot of members here are 30 + and they still smile ear to ear riding these bikes. Once you start getting HP out of the bike it becomes an addiction.
  5. It can still over heat. The radiator needs airflow to cool. There's no fan to draw air to dissipate the heat. But I agree it's not gonna happen in 5 minutes .
  6. he tried to help you out by giving you this so called classified information and now he's a thief??
  7. You can put a battery if you want. You won't gain anything. Just now you can use LED lights that are bright as fuck.
  8. No. I took it for a spin yesterday and it was fine. So I'll just wait till a problem arises.
  9. No that happened so I used the longer one they gave me.
  10. I went back to a factory perch and lever for that reason and a new cable.
  11. Brand new from Jeff. That's what took out my clutch the first time stop that's why I'm a little concerned.
  12. So I got all my stuff in and I ran into a problem that I started in another thread. But I'm gonna keep playing with it and see it this fixes the lurching.
  13. Yeah. I told him I was gonna stagger them and he didn't say not to.
  14. I alternated them double checked then checked again. I'm gonna wait for the snap on guy to come on Friday to recalibrate my torque wrench but I feel its accurate. Been in the case never dropped it but I'll double check that as well. Big red that makes sense about the spinning forces. Its about 10- 12 thousandth difference so I don't know if I'm being over cautious, but better safe then sorry. Thanks for the input
  15. So when I try to adjust the clutch I can see it go crooked when I pull in the lever. If I adjust the pancake bearing in to get the pressure plate to start to back off I can get a feeler gauge in on one side and not the other. I just put in a new basket, hub and pressure plate. A fast clutch with 3 of there springs and 3 OEM.
  16. Hm, if you get them I'd see if real name brand jets fit in it. I've heard of no names not being the right amount. But its cheap enough to try out and let everyone know. Then if they suck just put them back on eBay
  17. I was thinking the same thing about the oil. And I'm more then content with stock for trails.
  18. I hope your not from America and you translated that as best as you could.
  19. Yeah it was. But the shenanigans part and the burger kid part was the best parts.
