  1. BORE TO THE NEXT SIZE! What more do you want? That's the right way to do things
  2. So bore to the next size you fuck, I'm sure there out of round or wore pretty good if you had time to lose a rod bearing. When I buy new used shit, it is tore down to double check because of people like you. If you post it as fresh rebuild and I pull the jugs and don't see a cross hatch from a hone I know that it wasn't bored. Im done with this, if you somehow stick around I know to never buy or sell shit to you if this is the way you handle things.
  3. Yeah that's fucking bull shit. You got all these new parts but didn't think to just bore the jugs and do it right? Like Larry said your on the road to success doing shit like this.
  4. don't be fucking cheap. Do it right. Are you using the old pistons?
  5. Why not just bore it? Are you the same guy that asked this about a week ago?
  6. You don't get shit for free posting in the wrong section, or offering stupid prices on billet cases.
  7. Go to AutoZone and rent a rad tester. I think they have the size to fit our bikes.
  8. You can repair then your self. I've never done it and I don't recommend it, but you can fill the pipe with water, get it to the dent then freeze it. The expanding water can push the dent out. It can also blow the pipe out. It's something you can look into, but like I said I never tried it, and I don't recommend it. But its an option.
  9. Nah, I brought it there when I first got it cause I was sick of fucking with it and had no time. Then I went 4 mil and ported with 35 pwk. I went with what Kevin said, but I just need to get the air flow right and idle.I'm gonna order a squirelle cage air meter and get it spot on. Eventually. How's your butt dyno?
  10. It's getting there. I need a tune still. Im debating east coast or trying some other place.
  11. First a back fire took them out. So I replaced them. A month later, my bike starts running like shit then cuts out. I look at the reeds, like sleeper said they were chewed up and one was completely broke. So I called moto tassanari and they said send em in. I called when they got in, told the guy everything, fuel, oil ratio, motor work, and jetting. so he said he'll see if they can warranty it or not. He said it not, they get me a set of vf3 for a good price. So either way I win. But out of no where I have a box with all vf3 written over it in the mail, well they just used the box but mine were awesome. Everything new except the outer cage block thing. And like I said they click in there and stay in place. There a awesome company, and like I said they get my money every time.
  12. Oh shit, I didn't realize how high it has to be set. I guess this week end I'll try to find my sweet spot.
  13. I was kidding. But on the cylinder there is a nut with a rod looking thing to the pedal, move it til you get it where you want. Its easy.
  14. No questions asked at all.
  15. I to, thought this was quite comical.
  16. Or the water pump seal,or the o ring that goes there to the clutch cover.
  17. At least you know you fucked up. There is a adjuster on it.
  18. I sent them my vf2 reeds when they broke up, they sent me new ones with new gaskets no questions asked. I called once they said they'll take a look see who is at fault. My new ones are tight. They fit in the out side cage perfect, the actually click in. But he said they are working on the vf4 for the banshee. But awesome service and product. All my bikes will be getting v forces from now on.
  19. Send it to me with the bearings and 50 bucks in a birthday card.
  20. Whenever you make an adjustment give the bike a few seconds to catch up. If you turn the idle down don't expect instant results. Gas it, let it come down. See where your at.
  21. That sounds a lot better. I'm def looking into the steam. They feel like ski boots. I either shift with my hip or lift my leg. Not good.
