  2. That's a lean condition. People have been saying that from the start.
  3. If you find a pic online ink pretty sure jds can put it on your plastics. It's as good as automotive paint.
  4. How about the adjuster on the pressure plate? If that backed out then you have no clutch.
  5. I bought a set for 125 shipped. No cages or boots. 64.25 where did you get your prices? A dealership?

  7. No that's not how you do it. Split cases, clean all old sealant off, replace BOTH crank seals. Lay a bead all the way around cases. Don't forget to go across the middle to separate the trans and crank area, then put cases back together. Take your time. Not like that guy said.
  8. Under a thousand? And you asked about the cheetah top end? Are you sure you can't bore it? If anything, you can get a new top end on here pretty cheap.

  10. I've been telling you that since you started your other thread. So you said they are new, but now your asking if you can change them with out splitting the cases.
  11. How do the plugs look? That's a lot of smoke. The smoke never clears. So unless your running different jets in each carb, I think you're burning something else.
  12. Keep the t5. There great all around pipes. They handle porting well too.
  13. Check your fly wheel. That sudden stop of the motor could have sheared the key and fucked up your timing.
  14. Okay, like I said, how do you know the carbs are synched? Just cause your crank seals are new doesn't mean they can't leak. And you say there new, so you had the cases split. Did you seal them up good enough?

  16. First, don't order from there again. And nothing takes away reliability from your bike(I know some one is going to chime in and say boost bottle). Then it wouldn't be selling. Why wouldn't you want to port? You want a cool head but don't want to shave the stock one? Go with the pods, I'd really look into porting. You have no idea what kind of power you can get. Also look at mull. They work stock heads to be just as good, if not better then cool heads. Search around, you'll learn allot and most likely change your mind about a lot of things.

  18. Got my stand in yesterday, thing is great. Bolted an engine right to it it will make working on these things so simple now. Height adjusting, swivel, it's perfect for anyone that is working on a banshee engine. I'll never build an engine with out one. Also the finish is great on the stand. Really solid piece. I recommend it to any one serious about building an engine.
