  1. Check the trans fluid to. A crank seal on the said that leaks can burn trans fluid.

  3. Are the little caps on the spark plug tight? Did you gap the plug?

  5. If it runs with the choke on and up high that's usually your pilot. Pull the carbs, one at a time and clean them. Don't just deuche them, pull the jets, the needle, the float and really go over them.
  6. that shit sucks. use a hotknife or something. I asked about this a while ago and some guy said he used a hoof trimmer. ( i dont know what the hell that is) but i found it easier to inflate my tires a lot.

  9. And the coolant never stops flowing. It'll take some time for the bike to over heat at just idle, unless of course your jetting/ lean or what ever is fucked up. But a simple test, let your bike idle for 20 minutes and touch the pipe, maybe not it'll be kind of hot. Now go rip for 20 minutes and touch the pipe, Fuck that. Simple shit, don't over think abs over complicate things.

  11. Cut a notch with a cut off wheel, dremel, steak knife, whatever. Use a screwdriver. Of that don't work I'd go with an impact driver. I personally hate extractors.
  12. Looks like the eccentric screw. Just fold the locking tab back, back the jam nut off a little bit and unscrew it with a flat head. Oh now I see, I'm on my phone. How the fuck did that happen?? You can just unscrew it with vise grips, or cut a notch and use a screw driver.
  13. At least pull the clutch cover. I can't hear it but it maybe some obvious shit. I'm thinking idler or clutch basket bushing
  14. Fuck painting and lowering it. Go fast. 1500 will get you a badass stock cylinder motor
  15. Raise the needle one notch richer. My girlfriends bike runs 27.5 300 stock needle with k&n and fattys
  16. Timing doesn't need jetting. 340 is way to much. Maybe you should start looking for an air leak.
  17. Yeah man its a joke not a dick, don't take it so hard. But for real, a runaway idle is either a lean condition or a hung up throttle.
  18. 27.5 300 that should be close. What's your elevation? Is that the needle that comes with the toomey pipes? Anyway, change one thing at a time. Do a few plug chops and see where your at.
