  1. Been doing this for a while. I use nylon lock nuts in the back and keep them loose to still maintain the rubbers absorbing ability. But a must with stock hangers
  2. Bought this thinking I wanted to do a street fighter bike, decided not to. Never used, BNIB. Taken out to see how it mounts didn't like it. Taken out for pics. I paid 150 Looking for 75+ship Can work on just about any bike ever, dirtbike to street bike.
  3. Follow the key switch down. Un plug it from the harness. Throw it in the trash, now on the harness side of the plug it will be 2 wire red with a black stripe and black. Connect them
  4. Un plug. on the harness side splice the 2 together, done. Red with black stripe and black? I don't remember

  7. What are you talking about?I've never had to do that. I've never once put any loc tite on my head bolts, also never have had them come lose. Maybe you need a man to build your quad.

  9. I picked up a set of unstamped CPI, When I went through the search all that came up was old for sale threads. What's the difference? Is it just the stamp? Was there a change in the design? Which is more sought after?

  13. It is a piece of mind, I snapped a gear putting the cover back on so I like them.And that's a really great point about flowing to fast! Since there is no thermostat the hot water can come back faster then the rad can cool it. Especially in ambient heat of 110 degrees or what ever the temp may be over there. I would prob pass out riding in that, how do you do it?

  15. as you get off the throttle it jams back it gear Isn't that not okay?
  16. I'm waiting on some guy to get back to me on trading for some CPI pipes. If he dosent go for it I'll let you know
