I have a lot of welder friends, damn good ones too. I wouldn't ask them for help on this project. I wouldn't be able to fund them, parts, and time. Wacko2000 and sleeper06 have there conversion up. Read sleeper06 post about the time/work he put into it.

I'm not sure. They ran hard on my girlfriends bike. I don't know the difference between all the fmf pipes.

I've taken temp readings before and after dent/ both pipes, there was no heat difference. That's all I know, maybe someone with a little more pipe knowledge can shed some light on the issue

Seen them hook good on everything else. Never on my personal bike. I ride in shitty jersey sand pits. There surrounded by dirt trails, clay pits. They hooked well there, not saying there gonna be like studded ice tires.

What kind of whey protien do you use? I work at Walmart so I have a few options available. Like I said I'm big on peanut butter, if I can incorporate that as much as I can to give it some half decent flavor.

I've seen wiseco explode on a kx250 dirt bike. Probably had about 3 hours on it. When I looked at the rod, it looked like metal shavings glued together. Ever since then I would never run one in anything. After it happened I googled it, it seemed to be a common problem. But like I said that was a dirt bike. And about 3 years ago. Maybe they fixed the issue, maybe it's just that crank. But hot rods is the industry standard. It's been proven time and time again.
