  1. Oh that sucks. It would be nice to see a proven aftermarket system with gains.
  2. I didn't even read that part. I assumed it was the 2 stroke. If it's the four then I definitely have no clue
  3. I don't know much on them either, my cousin has a 250. It's a fun quad. Kind of small for me, but would be perfect for a girl. The power on his was tame. Came in smooth and had easy pull throughout the band. He gets parts easy enough. No one really chases after the 250 Suzukis. All in all it's not a bad bike. Better then a blaster but nothing like a Honda 250r. The price is right Id take a chance if a look over checks out.
  4. Check the reeds, carbs and the normal shit. It shouldn't be to complicated.
  5. Well I'd double check all the electrical real good.
  6. Is the tors hooked up? Or the parking brake? They keep the bike from revving
  7. On the right side of the bike (sitting on it) the harness runs right along the airbox. Pretty close to the exhaust, have seen a handful burn up right there.
  8. Did you burn the harness on the exhaust stinger? I did that and a backfire happened and took out my reeds
  9. This isn't exactly a banshee but the quickest I cod find on google. I haven't seen a stock adjuster in a while, but I'm thinking they should have a set nut in the back that should line up in the pressure plate. That should be flush with the plate. Then on the front side an adjuster and a lock nut. I think that's how it goes. Before you go on check that. So pull the pp off and see if your lined up. Some one correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that's almost right
  10. Straight gas. Fuck it, 4 strokes do it. My shits no different. I didn't buy into that 2 stroke oil hype. That's like saying pick up truck oil to only put in pick up trucks gas. That's the dumbest thing I ever heard.
  11. You need to set the screw up where you need it, then hold that in place. Now take a wrench( 10 or 12mm) and tighten that nut down. While holding the screw
  12. Are you not tightening the jam nut down on it? Like are you just screwing in the screw and thinking that's all you need to do?
  13. Just get a tether. It cleans up the bars, and is a lot safer. As long as you use it
