  1. Yup. I have a swing arm tht I bought and now it's cracked. They don't care, I don't have the warranty card.
  2. well your telling me about this kit that someone sells. That you've seen a bunch of. That's not a lockout. But you don't know who makes it or where to get. I understand how it would be done. Only ones I've seen are lock out, Hinson, and the one some guy was making on his own with a plexiglass cover
  3. Got a picture or a link on who does this? Because if you can show me a place that sells a do it your self kit that not a lock out I'll order it. That will be fucking sweet
  4. Who sells this? All I've seen are lock out covers, and covers done by Hinson. Never a cover cut by someone and use a cover you can get somewhere. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. I don't think that's how it works. If I'm reading this right, you want to cut your own cover and just get a insert with an oring? What piece did you buy? Do you have pics of this stuff?
  6. Yeah. Also change the plugs. With both out give it a few kicks to air it out and check for spark. How about elevation or temp change?? That's why I asked where you got it to where you live.
  7. In that picture your gas valve is off Try putting it in reserve. No special tools to pull plugs
  8. I've never gotten that involved. I've filled the rad, fired it, and topped it off. The over flow is just that. The system dosent pull from there if it gets low.
  9. Don't nology coils come with there own ground straps?
  10. No harm in gettin them now if your gonna utilize them later. Don't expect it to be to snappy tho.
  11. Okay let's keep this simple and work our way up. -gas in the bike? Mixed correctly? -gas valve on? -key on? ( if it has one) - kill switch in the on position? ( if it has one) - may have a tether. Have that hooked up? If it has none and just starts or the above scenarios check out; - did you use the choke? - going on its a 421 I'm gonna assume aftermarket carbs. If that's the case, did you use both choke knobs? If all that checks out; - did you try changing spark plugs? - if not, do it. And for shits and giggles keep one out and kick. Check for spark. - this bike is new to you. Where did you get it? Did you drive from your mountain top home down to the valley to pick it up? Ask questions. Someone will be able to get it sorted out. But start with what I said and then we can work from there.
  12. 50 bucks shipped. Or trade for the mentioned items.
  13. Hell yeah. There was a local passion motor here. Fucker hauled.
  14. Check compression and get rid of all that timing
  15. I recommend you send it all to a builder honestly. How did you check the bearings? A cub needs platings and a diamond hone, not a stone. I wouldn't run off the shelf domes. And fuck a 110 4mil. I had that, egg shaped bore and pistons wore within a season of hard riding.
  16. Do you have the switch still plugged in on the throttle? Do you have a key switch? Is the parking brake eliminated? Plugging it back in may have set off some sort of limiter. I've seen these bikes act funny with electrical BS. A bad key switch on mine shut the whole bike down. A bad key switch on a buddy's kicked in the rev limiter.
  17. I just put a set on my girls bike. It took some shimmying around but I got them. I believe the dent must of been put there for the coil. As far as the petcock, I luckily had a pingle and got a lot of adjustability and just turned it.
  18. Is this the same one you just tried to sell a few days ago?
