You just need a throttle cable unless you need that tors kit to do it

100% sure it'll work. Mines off a 400 ex. Shaved the logo off too.

Order a Honda thumb throttle. Don't even bother with an oem

put it on top of the spindle/knuckle whatever you want to call it if it's not and see if that helps

If it's plated that's it. There's no boring. Un less you bore and plate again. It'll prob be more to bore and put a steel sleeve in. And plating is superior to steel sleeves. You don't get to choose which one to do.

Did you put the dampeners back in staggered on the mounts? Are you running 1988 cases with rotted mounts? Flywheel tight?
