If the whole window is raised it'll open later. If it is elongated then it'll open sooner.
Now saying pistons with no port windows as a 10 hp loss is absurd. Do you understand how fuel is drawn into the motor and the charge moved around?
Are you just slapping these in with no porting and expecting 7-8 hp because of moved windows?
Yeah my bike is slow I'm not scared to admit it. But I understand how the charge flows with piston movement. I have a 4 mil that I didn't rig together with pistons that'll save me from cutting domes.
That's true. Everything can keep up/beat/destroys banshees. 2 or 4 stroke. Everyone always says how old outdated, hard to maintain, shitty, whatever they are. But once it comes time to sell there junk, the banshee is the bike to beat.
This is true. The sickest sand rails are out there too. If your not twin turbo piped into a blower pumping nitromethane, you suck and should be ashamed.
Well you have a good budget.
I'd get in contact with a builder and let them know exactly what you want. I know K&T has a lot of business over there. I'm not sure who else will ship there. Maybe theres a few local builders there that can help you out.
You can get a complete suspension package with a arms and front and rear shock. A nice extended round carrier swing arm too with an axle.
For the motor and suspension set up, you may be over 5k but will be bike lengths ahead of quite a few bikes out there if you spend the money and do it right once the first time.
This^^ I had my motor built by an outside source. Paid up, I changed my plugs once in 6 months. Clean my filters after every ride. All good every time I go ride.
