    Right from 3m site about the roloc bristle heads. I use them. I've used a straight edge after using them. When I worked at the dealership, every head gasket job we used them. I haven't read anywhere but here not to use them.

    My sand stars are 4 years old. There just starting to show there age. I've ridden on pretty hard packed dirt, sand, really rocky sand, and the loading process on my driveway. There just starting to split in the "V"

    The higher rev of the shorter stroke would concern me. It's like spinning around in circles with a 2 pound hammer and then a 5 pound hammer. The force of the piston tugging on that rod at high speed is probably intense.
