i did it by eye thinking I did good. Got that and used it. I was far off. And it took forever to get them perfect.

Fuck that gauge from fast. It should me how off my eye was. And then it took an hour to sync carbs.

Boom. That just happened.

I would assume just for the fact of not being able to tack parts on for mock up and getting someone good enough for the right price to weld it all together.

Also check the oring on the 45° elbow through the case.

The shaft wears where it sits on the seal. Known problem. Mull supposedly has a billet one with a hardened shaft to stop this from happening

not to pick a fight, I'll take a oem impeller over a billet. I've seen 2 pro designs wear and walk all over tearing its self to pieces.

No good. Should kind of slide and sit in place. A little play is normal. But that's excessive and I'd concider them junk. I had a problem with my 2 about a year or so ago. I called moto tassanari and sent them in. They called me and said they'll see if they can manage to scrape parts together for 2's. But they had very little. I supposedly got lucky that they had the parts. But, after all that is when I realized how they were supposed to have a nice snug fit.
