Red rtv. I personally didn't like my lrd adjustable pipes tho. Adjustment made no difference and weren't much different then fmf power delivery. Nastyracing on here swears up and done that there the best pipe ever made

Soak the studs in PB blaster. It'd be a whole lot easier to have the cylinders off IMO. Use heat. Don't force them out. I've always double nutted them. The 2 long studs are the front 2 studs. Use Vaseline/Chapstick/assembly lube to hold o rings in place.

Hmmm. Where are you located? You should do a leak down test. I'd say you developed an air leak. Try to avoid a dealer. There's a few things you can do to keep the engine from blowing. Good mix, good fuel, good jetting. You can do a leak down every few months if you want and a compression test. That's about it. After that, shit happens. Use quality parts to do the rebuild. It may be cheaper for you to buy a complete engine and get it shipped tho depending on where you are.

So do you run a boost bottle? I had a PD. I'll see if I can find it. It's scored up from getting sloppy and the shaft wearing. Put oem. No issue. Mull finally made a billet with the correct shaft that doesn't wear
