Hmmm. Maybe if my new job goes the way I hope, my banshee fund should grow pretty quickly.
I'd like to know what they would do as far as part availability. I'm not a fan of LSR parts really
Have you ever had a shock pack on you through the whoops? I was running a stock shock when I broke both swing arms. I'm sure guys aren't running shaws on a track or the trails. Most that run shaws are drag guys. They'll make a quick run through the whoops and that's it. A trail/mx will keep going jumping whoops slamming the thing.
People try this all the time. The issue is parking. No one has a good spot for 20 trucks. So it comes to everyone fending for themselves. No one can meet because they just go to different areas, can't get it, can't contact any one.
If your packing the shock any swing arm will crack. I've broken 2 swing arms. +2 and stock length. I now have a roll and a freshly rebuilt rear shock.
I talked to John at JL and he was the one that told me about the shock. I was ready to pull the trigger on his stock length MX arm but a deal came up on my current. But he said if I ran a blown rear on even his HD gusseted like crazy MX arm it would still probably crack. He said before I get one, get my rear shock in check.
Honda being the genius' that they are used the same one for just about every model for the past 20 years. That's why they are the innovators and people usually copy there designs.
This. I had a few. After I had my accident my hand was very bothersome. I ride with a wrist brace on. Every throttle was a little off. Maybe to far back at the pivot. Not sure what, but the Honda is hands down the best. I have no more fatigue or that strange hand pump under my thumb.
For some reason when it comes to banshees they suck. Hot rods is the top choice.
On dirt bikes hot rods are apparently junk and only oem are worthy. And wiseco is hit or miss on dirtbikes. I know on my kx I have read to stay away from everything but oem.
