    What gears are on there? Did you buy the basket used? If you didn't use the correct gears your lash could be off and you can be binding up.

    I have cast on both my bikes. There's no issue as long as you don't crank down the screws and don't hit it. Always use lock tite and you'll be fine

    Videos are horrible for diagnosis. But a rattle like that could be piston slap. I asked about that because you said it was just rebuilt.

    Were they bored to the pistons? Or just a bore and whatever pistons were on the shelf?

    Did you bore the cylinders or put new pistons in? What were the measurements? End gap?

    My bore was egg shaped after 1 hard season on a short rod. I've gone 3 easy on my long rod and haven't dropped much if any compression.

    I went local with great results. I've beaten a handful of sponsor built engines. I have 2 engines by 2 different " locals" Both are flawless. I didn't just pick these guys up on Craigslist tho.

    I've seen more harnesses destroyed then fixed when people try this. KC will do what ever you want for a great price and there is no work for you to do except install

    Long rod. Less side load on the piston against the wall. That will keep the bore true and not egg it out as quick.
