I have access to three vert mills with lots of tooling, a South Bend toolroom lathe, and two larger hendey engine lathes. Got a surface grinder, but that's not setup for alum, plus band saws and other support type machines. How does 6061 bar sound for you?

I don't know about that. If there was something on their design I couldn't fully reproduce I would feel pretty bad.

personally, I'd pick up some 450 shocks, and drop the other 800 on some totally wicked arms. then when you cash is backup to par getcha some totally bitchen shocks.
