  1. when i first started to mess with it i changed the wires from left to right and the problem didnt follow. so that leads me to believe that the problem lies in that left carb. and the reeds are almost brand new v-force 2's.
  2. if you werent out of gas why the hell did you stop. no cop car can even look at a banshee on the turf, stock or drag. ive thought about his many times before and i cant figure why to stop. i mean, no tags, no insurance, hell i dont even carry my lisence when i ride. the only reason i can figure to stop is if your riding something other than a banshee.
  3. if youd have posted this two days ago i could have pulled one and measured it for ya. but the motor's in the bike and being broken in now.
  4. obviously you didnt read the whole post. that money was saved up for some t-5s then the left piston skirt let fly in my cylinder, so its not my damn fault thats just the way the shit happened. it would have been $910 for factory jugs from the dealership. so instead i got ported ones(with pistons to match) and a head and some reeds for $375. i thought it was a pretty sweet deal.

  10. how hard is it to sync the carbs, cause i thought it just involved getting the slides even but from what i hear it is much more involved than that, any help is greatly appreciated thanx

  13. get shrink wrap from like pep boys or sumthin. its for wires and it comes in various sizes. you just slide it over the wires/ connection then heat it to shrink it and that should help a lot.

  15. a vito's piston a just a specially made wiseco, so the quality should be the same. its too expensive for vitos to start forging pistons so they contract the deal out to wiseco with their own dseign/mods to a regualr pro-lite. its goes the same way with trinity's superlites. they are wiseco pistons with extra material removed from the wrist pin area and different intake windows. as for the power difference i have no idea.
  16. 230's did it. but, now it only idling on the right side most of the time, however occasionally the left side comes to life then the r's shoot to the moon and i shut it off. also when it gets warm it spits oil of out the left pipe. it was doing this when i had 260's in and it was way rich but why would it be doing now?
  17. mine is doing the same thing after a rebuild but every once the left side will start to fire and then itll rev really high so i shut it off, any ideas on that. i think that if it were an airleak it would be a constant not and occasional thing
  18. yeah on my friends fifty(yes it a stupid four stroke) he managed to plug up his tranny ventand the same thing happened, but his oil was leaking was from seal where the kicker goes into the case

  21. anyone know where i can get some 35w halogen bulbs other than the dealer, cause i dneed em by sat morn. and are the stock ones the H-3 type cause that should make them easy to find.

  23. it happened by chance that i blew my motor as my friend was selling the jugs cool head reeds and pistons for a $375, but when i start it sounds like a freakin snowmobile. anyone got suggestions on how to make a stock piped sleeper?
