  1. thats not cool man! the same thing happend to my cousins bike. i just finished cleaning his carbs cause they were full of sand. hopefully there wont be no/or to much damage. am going to be changing his bike over to twin k&n pods with outterwares. that what we all use with no problems. we only ride sand though
  2. i have been running iridium br8eix for about a year now with no problems till last week. my brother was using my bike for the first time (rookie) at Dumont Dunes last weekend and after an hour of rideing it turned of on him and would not start at all. the only way it would start was by pulling it and then you had to keep on reving it cause it would idle by itself. well when i came home put my old plugs and started right up. what do you guys think happend and/or could of caused this?
  3. over on WWW.PLANETSAND.COM there trying to get toghether for some end of the season hill racing @ Dumont, CA. banshee's only. they havent decided on a date but its either 4/22/05 or 4/29/05 weekend. might want to look into it. just thought i would let you guys know since this is the main banshee site on the net.
  4. i dont know him personally only thru this site and his a good guy. hopefully he pull's thru with no major problems. our preyers are with him
  5. a good site you might want to also check out is www.atvfanatics.com . they are home to the FOUR STROKE WARS over here at Glamis, CA. not sure if you heard about it. some nice tricked out raptors and other four strokes. i myself am surrounded by Raptors. its only me and another friend who have banshee's and like 7 raptors. as you can see with that many raptors in our group i have used them before. there nice bikes, nothing against them, just not for me. but one thing i can tell is my Raptor friends know that there bikes cant compare to a Banshee. but i praise them for trying something different and knew. as long as they enjoy them am cool with it. am just a 2-stroke, oil/gas mixing, old school style, kick starting, no reverse, exhaust whinning, powerband addict, Banshee lover. lol
  6. i think its going to come down between 03LE(2nd one) & LOGANSKINNER. i like both of them so you might use one for the t-shirt, sticker or logo. or vice versa. just my .02
  7. its also a good idea to shake the bottle before you mix it with the gas. specially if its been sitting for a while. i've been using 927 @ 40:1 with no problems, but am thinking of switching to KLOTZ and see how it works. which one should i use?
  8. i saw a small 10min clip on PlanetSand.com, its just non stop heads up racing @ oldsmobile hill. no fancy footage just straight up racing of alot of banshee's and different bikes. might want to check it out, it looks preatty cool. should be getting my copy soon.
  9. rain+sand=NO. even if i have to to the gods. i will try to go but only for one day (saturday). got to be home on sunday, but cant miss all the action on the hill.
  10. damm right you could feel the hit . am changing from a 13 to a 14 tooth front sproket to go along with my 22" haulers for prez day.
  11. hey bachetta, what is the reason for disconnecting those wires? my cousin has an 04 stock with T6's.
  12. most people know it as Pismo Dunes (pismo beach), its north of Santa Maria and south of San Luis Obispo, off the 101 freeway. preatty cool place to ride specialy in summer time. might head up there in a few weeks for a one day ride.
