My first wreck and I broke some bones I barrel rolled down a steep hill in the end I got a broken rib a broken wrist a bruised hip and road rash all over the right side of my body I hit the ground so hard my helmet flew off. The banshee did three rolls landed upside down and had no damage got to love those BANSHEEs. I had to type with my left so pardon any mistakes.Anyways thats why I havent posted in a while not that anybody asked . Anyways I should be good for the trip to COALFEST...

CANNONDALE MADE SOME GREAT BIKES THEY WERE JUST TO COMPLEX TO WORK ON DIDNT HAVE ENUFF MODS TO MAKE THEM GO FASTER. CANNONDALE WAS AHEAD OF THERE TIME WITH THE TECHNOLOGY THEY USED TO MAKE THERE QUADS. TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTION NO BIKE HAS MORE MODS THEN THE BANSHEE MAKING THE BANSHEE THE FASTES BIKE IN THE WORLD.

Its a good starter bike.They dont really break down....

That SUCKS.Down here in Florida they are trying to pass a law that doesnt allow people over a particular age to drive,for that same reason ,they cause to many accidents. As far as the investigation goes ,down here the investigator is supposed to get to the scene to be able to determin who was at fault.They didnt give you any tickets, so all an all you should be alright.Goodluck BOON.
