    Switch the spark plug ,wires then try to push start her, if the left one quits firing, youll have a better idea on what to work on.

    Sounds like the problem is how its being put back on the shee.Ricky Stator is known mainly for two things, timing plates, and STATORS ,they stand behind their products ,if the first one was broken, their not going to send you another broken one.

    I dont see how the packing burn off could cause a spark.As far as sparks out the silencer goes, what type of sparkplug are you using?

    I doubt that mixing the two is going to solve the problem.You might need to troubleshoot the cooling system ,hoses,radiator,leaks,ect.

    Green Machine is in Miami the number is (305)828-0917 they specialize in Banshee's.Also,Tony Dukas is in Pompano,Florida ,thats actually closer to Fort Lauderdale, which is closer to Miami then Palm Beach.

    80 psi,your boys bike must run like shit nah ,cant be ,you must be checking it wrong.But, if you check properly and get those same numbers ,both of your buddys motors need to be rebuilt.

    When its hot I use br8, when Im in cold temp I use br9.

    Your not even close to needing an extended swingarm.If anything ,you should probably cut two inches off the stock swingarm ,with those mods youll have alot more fun.

    My carb does the same thing,I just put it on off ,when I shut her down.Ive had that problem for a year now.Hope you get an answer for the both of us.

    My friend had that same bike,its a hell of a 4stroke probably before its time.But its a bitch to work on.YFZ450 is the present and future.

    You need to have your carbs taken apart and cleaned properly.And regarding the radiator fluid Banshee's tend to leak fluid from the reserve when ran hard ,some people move the reserve or eliminate it all together.Do a search most questions are already answered.

    Yes you can adjust your timing,with a stock motor.And you can also use a timing key instead of a plate.I bought my timing plate from Rick Stator.
