  1. Try Alba, they deal with Hinson clutch parts and they ship fast.Dont know if they have the backing plate though, but its worth a try,if you havent already.
  2. Those are some hot frames. Ive never seen a brown frame though. That might get some attention, with some bright yellow plastics, who knows that might work, just cuz you would probably be the first in your area with that look.
  3. Thats a different look,I like it alot.Pretty inovative in my opinion.Bullet proof the plastic, why not
  4. Calmdown superhero ,maybe I saw that he was from Fort Lauderdale and scince Im from their I made a joke.He didnt seem to take offence buy it in his reply.
  5. Well, I must be out of touch, cuz Ive never heard of these tires.

  7. Good to see you got the question answered, even if you answered it yourself.
  8. 1.Remove the headlight mounting screw and pull the headlight out of its housing. 2.Pry the rubber cover away from the bulb socket. then turn and disconnect the socket from the headlight. 3.Remove the bulb from the headlight housing. You should invest in a CLYMER book on Banshee's,it answers alot of question.
  9. You will need something to shut her off.You could always just take the wires off of the plugs to shut her off, then put them back when your ready to start her up.
  10. Try ebay for the pistons. Go with Noss, its a great product.Bansheehq approved!

  13. No, hes was wright it looks like the quote was from Duece, so I just wanted to explain why it looked that way.I qouted boonman because I remember the topic from acouple of years back and its a great breakdown on the topic. No pissing match.
  14. BOONMAN wrote that .If you read the whole thing you would see that, at the bottom of the quote Duece agrees with boon. The reason I quoted Blue Duece's answer to boonman is because he agreed with boon and those two men know a thing or two about banshees. If you like Ill go back and get boon's original quote?
  15. I was answering your question about the Orings in your gasket kit. Those big Orings are supposed to go on the small round tip of the pipe that connects to the motor. And as far as the milled head goes I was responding to the thread starters question about a port job..
  16. Wait for the knarlys,If Rocky mountain is out, try going to kenda tires website.
  17. Get some reeds and an adjustable timing plate,if that doesnt do it ,get her port n polished.
  18. Mill the head if you havent already.
  19. Those big O rings are for your pipes. And as far as the port job ,Ive never heard of anyone porting their bike before buying atleast some pipes.Actually Ive never heard of a stock pipes port job.Dont get me wrong it may be possible ,but most people port after they have done some simpler mods like pipes, jet kit, adjustable timing plate, milled head, and a couple of others...
  20. The person that wrote this I believe lightened your flywheel 2003 limited banshee.plus bumping up the comp. adds heat, which would offset the 5%heat reduction.
