When you cut the thread look for the ring around the base of the electroid.2mm chocolate-brown ring is spot on.Taller then 2mm or darker brown your rich.If the ring is smaller the 2mm or lighter,or nonexistent your lean on the mains.
If your gonna get a sprocket made,I say get them made out of teflon,or even better you can use carbon fiber.That stuff is tuff. :biggrin:

R.M.A.T.V."s Primary drive sprockets are all I use with no probs ever.One side of the sprocket is stamped with the number of teeth on the sprocket.Did you install the sprocket with the stamped side facing out?
