36mm carbs are just a little to big for a stock motor. Powerhead sounds like something you get from a female bodybuilder. Do you need new pistons? if not dont bother. T5 are a great pipe You dont need 36mm carb. But their are 2n1 carbs.

Stock's are fine,or 28's If you go too large on the carbs your bike will be slower.

280 seems a bit lean for those mods.Its better to start rich and work your way down.Try starting at 320 on the mains. You need to go up 2 on the pilots for the pipes and 0-2 for the reeds. Dont forget to adjust your air screws. How does shee ride? Does shee act funny?if so at what point in the throttle?

Alot of things go into jetting(elevation and temperature) are acouple, and they may require you to run bigger mains. Not to mention mods and engine work.The reason they send them is because you may need to go that big at some point. Stock mains are 200 ,some dealers will install anywhere from 190-220. 300's are fat,but I dont know your elevation or temp,I thought you meant 200's not 300's

You dont really need reeds yet,I would get a jet kit a timing plate and the head milled. I like FMF Fattys to,you add a k&n filter and Shee'll ripp.
