  1. Stop and say hello Denny. I have not met you yet. I will be their all weekend. I think it would be a great idea if you would assist in the Coalfest again. Most the members that were on HFC are also members here. Don
  2. Hello Matt, I guess no more HCF ? I hope to see you and your group of crazy climbers again. I will be at Coalfest if it gets organized again. You will have to tell me where to park. Don
  3. I am heading to Trevorton on Friday 5/14 and staying until Sun. If anyone is planning to ride that weekend, please stop by and say hello I always park close to the old scale building next to Coal Hill. Jar944 and Z50Guru are planning on Sat. to climb with me. I am also going to hit the trails around 2:00 if anyone is interested in tagging along. I hope to see some fellow members. Don
  4. Glad to help, just download the Prizm video converter. It's free and easy to use. I sound like an advertisement. HA HA http://www.nchsoftware.com/software/video.html Don
  5. First time using it. Very simple to set up and use. I had to convert the videos so I could edit with Windows movie maker. I am to cheap to buy editing software. Don
  6. Yes, I need more seat time to hone my skills so some snot nosed brat doesn't beat me on the hills. HA HA Don
  7. My first outing with my Vholdr helmet cam. Enjoy Don
  8. The reed spacers are sometimes installed to install bigger reed cages without grinding as much material in the intake tract. As long as your reeds fit and open without hitting the intake walls, I Wou ld just remove them to make room for your carbs. That is a beautiful Banshee, you should be proud. Don
  9. Been building two stroke engines of all types for forty years. Beleive me when I tell you I have seen more then many have. You could not pay me to use a K+N on any motor that I own. Don
  10. Uni or similar foam pod filter oiled with air filter oil. You can still use outer filter covers to lengthen the cleaning intervals. I cringe every time I see K+N's on a dirt ridden vehicle. Don
  11. I would NEVER run K+N's on anything that is going to see off road conditions. They do not filter well. Use oiled foam filters if you care about your motor. I am not interested in a filter debate, I have seen the amount of crap that gets by these filters and the damage that takes place more then I care to explain. They belong on a street only vehicle. Don
  12. Big Mike just passed away. 4/10/2010 Thirty Nine years old. May he rest in peace. Don
  13. Enjoy, I got a laugh out of watching these. Turn the volume up so you can hear the conversation. The heavy set gentleman on the KTM 300 [ Mike ] had a stroke a week ago and is in a comma. He is a hell of a rider for a # 300 LB. man. My Prayers are with you Big Mike. Don
  14. Thanks for the interest. MapQuest says Total Travel Estimate: 3 hours 9 minutes / 171.94 miles It would be worth it. All kinds of hills from beginner to hills that only a crazy person would attempt. Let me know if you plan on coming. Don
  15. Are you are into BIG HILLS? 10/3 Sat. Trevorton,Pa. I have included a few examples below for your enjoyment. Will gladly show you around and give you a chance to maybe be the new KING OF THE HILL. I am getting to old for this sport and would enjoy some young hotshot to take my place. My wife and friends think it's about time I grow up and let the hills for the younger generation. You will also get to meet Jim Stack, alias Lord Trevorton on Youtube. Yes I know he is Cocky and has a very large Ego, but Jim is a former factory racer and is a very good climber. I ride a KTM 525 and Jim a Honda 650. Sure would like to meet some fellow climbers. Enjoy the Videos. Don
