Making money... heh.. thats a good question! The easiest way to get pocket cash is to go mow down some gansters (or innocent bystanders) in a car or with a weapon and grab the cash that pops up. As for getting muscle.. after you do a few missions the gym opens. Just have to go there a few times and do the dumb exercises and he'll get pumped. Found something odd last night... I shot a bunch of cops in a street battle and my respect meter went up interesting... Wallrat -- damn on the lowrider mission. Just have to suck it up and try I guess

Man.. how many missions you gotta go to to open the next island? I have played a few but not that many yet Haven't raced the lowrider (though, i'm guessing its an optional mission) Good tip on the airport.. saw the "You need 20 points to enter" thing and was just like.. damn.

That's only about .5 gal larger than stock though, right?

It is going to be such a fun day at work! Bunch of Kerry lovers here... only like 2 of us voted Bush. Just gonna dance around and be an ass

It is better than the first one in that capacity. Used to have to hide up on a cliff or something and shoot at people and cause general hell. Now you can just go into your car dealership (you'll own it before long , if you don't already ) and peg people or fly the helicopter somewhere. Fantastic... and San Andreas is even better..

Lookin for some red plastics, front and rear sets, and a set of white front plastics. Mine are cut -- well, half cut, half broke, in front, and just want a new set. If they're cut in front, thats fine too, as long as it looks decent or can be cleaned up to look decent. Oh yeah, just shoot me a PM or e-mail or something if you've got something you want to get rid of

LETA's Motorpsorts LMS Ebay purchase gone bad
nater006 replied to banshee17's topic in General Banshee Discussion
Just threaten legal action. Tell them you're sick of their crap, and want your plastic, or you're going to file as many complaints as required to get it. Tell them you want either all of your money, or the product, and want it now as a month is way too long. -
My client was not pirating software, he was providing a service. A PS2 backup cd service. It is perfectly legal to make a backup copy of software that you purchased. My client asked the buyer if "they owned the original disc" and the buyer said "yes I do" A backup copy was burnt and sent to the buyer. These terms are printed on the inside cover of every cd-r backup. SECTION 117 OF THE US COPYRIGHT LAW By accepting these conditions you under the penalities of perjury agree to the following. I backup Cd's which you claim to currently own to protect originals from damage. Duplicates are allowed under the US Copyright Law, you the consumer are entitled to this service by law; Section 117 of the US Copyright Law. To comply with federal law you must comply with the following conditions: If you sell your original CD's then you will destroy the backup of that title. If you obtain a title from me and you don't own the original title then you destroy the backup. If you imply piracy, then I can't and will not leagally serve you. Please don't inform me if you plan to use these backups illegally. By following these regulations Im allowed to provide you with duplication services and you a consumer receive the right to use the backups to protect your oriningal software. Riiiiiight. Prior to editing his post he was pirating In the wonderful court system, generally speaking, trying to get off on a foo foo technicality like that is not going to work. I just happen to know a couple guys in my dorm a few years ago that got busted for exactly that... they pulled the "we're running a legit backup service" and the court laughed them out and fined the crap out of them, despite their lawyers. They may have gotten away with it, had they been able to prove each and every person legally owned the software they copied for them, but as expected, failed miserably in that. Just my $.02.. pirating is one thing, but selling pirated copies of stuff you *do not own* is another -- extremely lame -- thing to do. No offense to anyone intended.

best thing to do is shoot Dan an e-mail there at Patriot. I didn't know diddly about what to build for a new engine, but just gave him info about my riding style, places, etc, and he recommended what was best.

Yup, that is almost surely it. Those things have so much juice passed through them, and heat and vibration are their killers even though they're potted and all. Gone through 'em on practically all machines I've had..

Glad to hear somebody likes it... got one and its fugly so i'm using the "no handlebar risers yet" excuse to keep from putting it on for the moment..

You can use a lot of the Vice city ones... the *good* weapons cheat is still the same I hit it just wanting a rampage with the rocket launcher and was just like... woah. hehe. still playing it square through though.. no cheating and saving saving up for my second residence in the game right now..haha... anyone know if the 9999 ammo rule still applies? e.g., get that much ammo and its infinite...?

The quad looks like a Mojave in 250R colors. Its pretty fun though At the Blueberry farm, in the upper-left corner of the first island you start on, so you can get it right away. Other that that... great game. I appreciate the updated car physics (more realistic drifts, etc). Oh and its fun to mow down Ballas with an uzi, or dual hitman-level handguns and Screaming... yer askin for trouble if you're going to sell burned copies.. thats the #1 way to get in a lot of trouble for software piracy..

You can safely clean o-ring chains with kerosene -- or so I've been told. Then, get some good wax and work it into the o-rings real well before reinstalling.

I NEED A CR500 MOTOR and a 250r rolling chassis
nater006 replied to danacurtis's topic in General Banshee Discussion
I got a newer water-cooled 500R motor at home right now but its probably going in my 2001 CR250R project.. -
Blahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh that is total personal preference. I can ride a helluva lot longer w/ the twist than with the thumb, without getting fatigued. Its just preference..
-
You really don't even have to have both, I believe.. they give a million park places, but only 1 or 2 boardwalks. There's a phone number printed on the winning ones that you have to call. Besides, for about $15 worth of large drinks or fries, you could get another one.

You know, I'm sick of Right-clicking and saving...... maybe i'm gonna do something else this time.... Didn't know you could right-click on the Mac..

congrats, glad to see stuff up and running!

Update on my baby ninja and the shee
nater006 replied to BansheeJerry's topic in General Banshee Discussion
Yeah, having a bike rules during the summer with those gas prices.. I run my 900RR about 100 miles or so before filling up, and even putting premo in it never takes more than like 2.5 gallons or so, so like $5-6 worth of gas at the most. Looking to get a smaller run-around bike for next spring and summer, like an XR400 or something. -
can't believe you said dirtrider... he was a newbie and everybody hated him on top of that, because he made no efforts to improve his extremely poor spelling and always found a way to piss people off. Glad he's *gone*

Even if she was "set up", she still "did the crime" knowingly so... tough luck to her.

http://www.nydailynews.com/10-24-2004/news...8p-210457c.html A little more of a complete story there.. I didn't see it and just heard about it, but that is darn funny. Its like.. get off of the stage, you fake. Wouldn't even be there if it weren't for her sister.

I got it as a gift last night... its a lot of fun though. I like how they finally made the car handling slightly more realistic, where you can get going insanely fast, and skid around a bit more... not like the last ones where they'd top out and you'd be like.. "um.. ok". Haven't found the quad yet, only played it for a couple hours and was having fun in an El Camino and in an Infernus. Good game so far though. Still stuck in the first area (havent done any missions..hehe) so hopefully there's more fast cars in the later areas. Oh yeah...and a big fan of how large they made the map this time around -- dirt roads, the whole 9 yards. Damn straight..
