What additive do you recommend bud? The reasoning behind not needing additives I feel was geared toward "not messing with the emissions crap" Like my old dmax, running ATF or whatever I know is not acceptable for this truck... I just wanna make sure I run the right stuff

Ya this is another reason why I am hoping to have good luck with this truck. I drive about 500 miles/week... Lots of country roads and highway. Need to get some shit going in the next couple years to get these MPG's up tho! Local diesel shop tells me not to run any additive for the summer months... Just some anti-gel stuff in the winter

Fact! Keeping it stock till $170k when warranty runs out lol. Never thought I would own a DODGE. But I have to hand it to them, this thing is well put together. Drives and rides surprisingly nice for a 3/4 ton.... Put a little over 100 miles on yesterday. Made a long drive biz meeting for today just to drive lol!

Yea, they go for around $40 from what I have seen...round here... One on eBay same as mine with 105k miles for $39.5.... This one is clean, no oil seepage, no rust out of the ordinary, bed looks brand new so that's always a good sign... Wax residue in the cracks, I pick out little stuff... Seems to be well cared for. Just a truck let's hope it serves me well!

being so close to lake Michigan has its temptations. My Co-worker buddy has a big ass fishing boat on lake MI and loves it. They had also made the decision to not have kids, so I think such a large investment is much more sustainable. I could only imagine a weekend partying out on lake MI.
