  3. I can't get 6.7l cummins deleted in Michigan... But across the border in Indiana I have to sign waiver... $1800 for the delete and EFI LIVE...and I figure the ROI is 18 months with spending roughly $100/month less in fuel.... Prob gonna happen sooner than I originally planned.
  4. in your recently deleted ford right? This is a stock 2012 6.7L cummins. I am lucky to approach 16mpg highway in this stock DPF configuration.
  5. Ford makes a damn nice truck that's for sure. I cant wait to get this 6.7 deleted and breathing.

Yea for sure. A few years ago I got to a point where I ran 9 miles once. Fuck that. 3-4 mile workouts are all I am into really. Mountain biking is really the best cardio workout but season is over for that.

Started jogging again and man it feels good... Use to jog 3-4 times a week 3 miles but it has been a few years. I just started back up a couple weeks ago... doing 2.5 mile clips @ about 9:10-9:30/mile pace. Is that decent for a 32 year old? Just curious what is the norm. I am not in shape by any means but I feel like I am keeping a decent pace. Any advice appreciated. Its a huge stress reliever getting out there and jamming some metal sweating it out. Merry x mas.
