  1. Nice, looks great. The axle will really compliment the stability of the front. Also, once or if you redo the rear suspension, even if it's just a rebuilt stock rear, it'll make the ride MUCH better.
  2. I've been on here since before my banshee days when I first got my blaster back in 01. I would honestly be one of the newb idiots if not for the welth of knowledge provided by the site and it's members. Not only that but the knowledge spread here reaches out beyond the forum any time myself and other members help friends who are not members. Tons of money spent here, however, it would be a TON more had I bought new or bought the wrong shit by not being informed. Like mentioned, my banshee would not be 1/10'th as bad ass as it is if not for this place, that goes for my buddy's banshee also. BHQ will continue to grow in awesomeness.
  3. Check the girls on banshee's thread Loco. Hope your axle arrives quickly and safely, Jake. Customs can be sketchy from what I've heard. Snap some pics once you get it on!
  4. If peak performance is your goal the 2-1 doesn't seem to be the way to go. They're more for ease of tuning, ride-ability, and easier throttle pull.
  5. I bought 2 kickers and two sets of pipe hangers from Marty. Everything showed up quickly in excellent, as pictured, condition. Fast shipping, great communication, awesome prices. Do not hesitate to do business!
  6. She wouldn't be your wife if she knew all that. Gotta keep your cover in the dark. Are you a senator by any chance?
  7. I have an LSR axle laying around I'd sell you for a little less than one of the cheapo aftermarket ones, at least you'd get out with a better axle. Shoot me a message if interested. I couldn't find the pics I thought I had of all the aftermarket geo frames, they're probably on my external hd somewhere. If I find them I'll shoot them your way. Definitely upgrade to the round style carrier, save yourself the headache of the god awful Yamaha chain adjustment.
  8. Do you have any carriers/brake stays for a 450r or 250r? Any swing arm pivot bolts for the above two and a banshee? I have some projects that could use those items. Let me know! Thanks Marty. I look forward to getting in the other parts I've already bought!
  9. Bump. I haven't forgotten about you raven, I haven't had a chance to call the post office. The online shipping quotes online were outrageous and probably wouldn't be worth it.
  10. Are these billet kick starters? I couldn't tell very well from the pic.
  11. Selling a set of lone star arms and works triples set up for a 180-200 lbs ride. Shocks have a little rust on the springs but all is well with them mechanically. No leaks. The a arms have all new ball joints top and bottom. Asking 550 shipped obo. Posting from my phone. If you want larger pics send me a message with your number or email and I can text or email them to you. Thanks, Blake
  12. Like everyone has already stated, it's relative to the rider and conditions. There was a kid with a piped pred. 500 in my neighborhood when I was younger and had my first banshee. When I first got it the clutch was slipping and had 14/41 gearing with pipes and a proflo kit. Well I raced him and it was really close on pavement but top end I'd walk off a little. I put in a F.A.S.T. clutch and every other HD spring along with 15/40 gearing and the next time we raced it was not even close. I walked on him from first to third then ran off through the rest of the gears and was probably 10 mph or more faster once topped. That shows you can make plenty of power but if your bike isn't set up or maintained properly you won't put that power down. The question you need to ask if you have money riding on such a thing is; do you have your jetting dialed in, your gearing set up for the conditions, good tires for the conditions, properly adjusted clutch capable of handling the power you're producing, and the skill to put it down. If it were me I'd race him in a heart beat and take his money. lol
  13. I think I have a bunch of outlaw frame pics I can look for when I get home today and post if you want. I also know billybobby is an active member on the site and has an outlaw if you needed to inquire about something he may be willing to give pics and or dimensions.
  14. Awesome job, very well done! You should look into modding the rear to a no-link style.
  15. Bump. Price is OBO. Would prefer to sell as a whole but will separate if there is enough interest.
  16. What do you want for the frame? I see you have interest in the motor. The rest should be pretty easy to part out. Let me know.
  17. Good luck selling. Take some damn time to convey the details of the sale rather than wasting peoples time trying to figure out exactly what you're selling. You only have to type it out once rather than individually for every person inquiring about it.
  18. Oh, you were wanting the arms. Yeah as coupelx already stated these arms aren't made for that length of shock. I think steller, fireball, full flight and a few other places make arms for the yfz length shocks. I would try and stick with a site sponsor if buying new though.
  19. The shocks are 14.75" eye to eye. Let me see if I get any interest in the front end as a whole or the a arms separate also.
  20. I had the same issue the other day and had to google the site. The HQ sponsors link was broken.
