Well I would have to say I've been around since the beginning.... Ahh the network54 days...... things were so calm back then. No dirtriders, no Bluebreadtruck.. ahh the good ole days I dont know if I could consider myself one of the "origional 12" but I'd have to say I've been "around". I dont post anywhere near as much as I would like (lack of time) But I find that there are more than enough "qualified" people here to answer the most common day to day questions. I only stink my nose in when I feel I can contribute something worthwhile or have the time. Im normally logged in 6am every morning, and maybe once or twice more at night after work. The whole reason I visit here so much is because of the people. Its a select few that really make this site what it is.... It could be named anything and about nothing and I would still visit it, just because of them. I seem to ride my shee less and less and have no need to change anything else on it (for now), but I feel compelled to come here just to see whats going on. There are truely some great great people here. I do not regret meeting anyone from here and I only wish I could meet many more. I surely miss some of the verterans such as C&B and others

I've always been a miller user... but mostly what I do is sheet metal. I have the 140 amp miller and the bottle. I feel I get cleaner welds w/ the argon mix. I weld heavier stuff as needed and this lil 110v/140a seems to fit my needs perfect Sorry no pics here either.

I've been meaning to reply to this for some time.... but keep forgetting As for a black helmet...... Getting black isnt bad if you want a darker based design. Anything can be done but less work is involved if you want something brighter w/ a white based helmet. One thing you should know is that NO helmet manufacturers want their helmets painted. The solvents in most paint systems can and will soften the integrity of the helmet. When you mention price and being cheap, you will get what you pay for in the end. Any high quality painter will charge accordingly. There are many reasons why custom paintjobs are so expensive. Quality products are not cheap, as with the time involved to properly prep the job for paint. Then the over all time to design and transfer the artwork to the helmet/car/truck/bike/ect. Life expectancy will also vary.. When getting a "cheap" job someone will have to short cut something somewhere, Be it product or procedures, but in the end you will have a job that will not last anywhere near what it should. To me, I refuse to cut corners and quote a job cheap, just to get it. I do painting from time to time, just right now I have too many projects going on. Thanks for the link Meat_Head... That is correct............. after countless hours and numerous new parts he STILL had problems. Swapped out the BRAND new stator and what do ya know..... vroom vroom~ As I said before and I'll say it again....... I like Ricky AND his products. He is an asset to this sport. Reguardless of that there are issues w/ his knock off stators.
