  1. I wont be cheap by any means, i talked to sand trix in tulsa and it was 2600 for a complete ported top end with labor i belive, not sure if it came with carbs or not, and plus the cost of the +4 crank. i havent talked to any other places so im not sure if this is the cheaper place to go with.

:o Is that with brand new jugs and carbs!?!?! A port job is 400$, new set of carbs (ebay) like 250$, crank setup 500$.

  2. Ok, I don't get into these political debates too often, and I'm definitely a Bush guy, but I just have to have a definition of METROSEXUAL!!

    Metrosexual

Definition: a young, urban and usually heterosexual male who is concerned with fashion, food and grooming

  3. it smells like ass......

i know that if you roll up the windows and turn on the heater and fart it will cause that same smell, and it will linger for a while, if it was rotten pussie you were smelling youd be broke and would have sold your banshee by now..... :headbang:

Well I tried the fresh snatch idea..... seems to be working pretty good so far. Think I got it figured out though.... don't bang 'em in the truck..... Bang 'em on the 'shee :headbang: .

  4. I agree with Fireman

You need some fresh snatch in that truck, wipe it all over, but keep it off the windsheild,it smears bad :headbang:

That's in the works as we speak..... In the mean time I doused that greasy bitch with 1/2 can of OUST all in the vents, defrosters, seats (especially the back one). Smells like clean panties.

  6. Well, I think I'm gonna go. I've thought it out and want to make it.

If I go, which it now looks like I will, I will be leaving Fri. afternoon and coming home Sun. evening, provided, I don't have another ER trip. ;)

There are several different TX peeps going, so if you wanna meet me at my house, we can all travel together in my crew cab or if you have something more pimp, we can take yours. I'm just south of the OK border, 10 miles east of I-35.

    Later.

WOOOOOOO!!!! .... More pimp than crew cab powerstrokem??? naaaa

  7. Thanks guys for the opinions! How much is the system going to cost about? I am proally getting a 1994 GT Convertable next week. What is the largest diameter tail pipes I can get and how does a flame thrower system work? Should I get chrome, stainless steel or something else? Thanks again for the help

If you wan't you're shit to sound like it could rip the tires right off of the rims get you to 1-chamber... hell or even two 2-chamber(original 40 series.. NOT delta flow). Run you true duals and dump 'em right under the back seat.

  8. In regards to the 404 kit's power, where does the power come, down low, in the mid, or mostly top.

    My mods...

    mx porting

404 kit currently on its first bore and is around 392cc's

    V-force reedcages

    fmf fattys

    nosshead with 20cc domes\185psi

    stock carbs !

my engine's power is not as "abrupt" as it was before the mods, the overall powerband "hit" is a hellava lot stronger than it was when it was stock, but it comes on a little sooner and smoother, hits hard in the middle and its wicked till I start revving it out. My stock carbs, lower gearing and the porting work I had done all limit my top end power, but thats the way I had it setup. I ride the trails and around some small coal breaker riding areas, where I can't really use super high top speed numbers. Rollin' down a nice wide road, and I crack the throttle it will accelerate with the best of em, but its not a drag banshee for sure. Quick throttle response with the small stock carbs and killer V-force cages\reeds. Its a fun motor. I ride mine ALOT, Iv put a ton of miles on this 404 over the past 3 years. I don't ride it during the coldest winter months, but im out at least once a week for 9 months of the years. My compression is 185\175 and Im blowin' some blue smoke outta the lower comp cylinder. I think I might have a stuck ring. There's plenty of compression tho, and she can sit for days and start right up on 2 or 3 kicks. If the big sleeves are installed correctly and you have a good port job done, they're just as reliable as a stock motor. BTW, the vito's 404 uses vito's powerpistons.

I think a 4mm stroker would produce a better low end power gain. Iv heard the strokers add mucho torque to the motor...... torque and low end power go hand in hand

hrrmmmmm.......... Meat, If you don't mind me asking, how much did all that set you back??
