  1. damn, i want one. loco you need like 4 of them for all your shit. lucky sob!!
  2. go up to a 27.5 on the pilot and move the needle to the 4th position from the top. That might get you on the good again. Fatties love the 4th needle position.
  3. Get a Pro Design Pro Flow kit with either a Uni or K&N, your choice, but it seals better and allows more air. Find one on Ebay for the best deal.
  4. I haven't had mine too long, but so far so good. The difference in handling with the wider axle is unbelievable, makes me wonder why I waited so long. Hell, should've done it before pipes. Motul, when are you going to get an avatar? Just checkin.
  5. best thing i ever did for my trinity cv intake. but where does the other side connect??
  6. Hey Minkia, for sh*ts and giggles, how does the curve compare to the Fatties?
  7. i'd have to ride one with a set before I could make the switch, but by the raspyness alone I'd damn near buy them. What an awesome sound.
  8. I was running a 15/41 in the dunes this weekend. I took all my sprockets as I thought I'd need to gear down, but it surprised me. Maybe the sand wasn't as soft as it normally was. I'm more of a mxer than a duner, but I think I've been hooked.
  9. OK, now how do we get YOUR picture as OUR avatar ?? I can beg.
  10. Man, 24:1 is just a too rich of a mixture. 32:1 is plenty of oil. I run a 40:1, although the 2R probably ought to not run any leaner than 32:1. You might consider changing to a brand that you can run like 36:1 or 40:1. Def. go back to where it was before. Later.
  11. 27.5 pilot will probably work good, though your needle needs to be richer than that. Try the 4th position, the 3rd is minimum with pipes. Up to 1/4 and 1/2 is a lot needle. The air screw won't really affect it. Try the needle and see if that helps, you could be lean and just need more fuel.
  12. what pilot size are you running, what pos. is the needle in? what kind of pipes etc?
  13. Yes No. They will put in some jets based on an approximation, but there is no way they can put the correct jets in. Every shee will run a little different, some like it rich and some like it lean. When you get it, you'll have to run it and dial it in the rest of the way. We can help you when the time comes if need be. I would recommend the 35mm over the 33mm. It will provide more air and allow for more mods in the future. It's a great kit, and will work great with the FMFs you have. It's well worth it and jetting maintenance and troubleshooting is freaking easy and fast, no more syncing, screwing the dual slides and bowls. There are a lot of past threads on it, do a search and you'll find a bunch. Later.
  14. My bike pulls hard all the way through 6th, even in the dunes. It is actually a very competent duner. I can easily hang with the Toomeys and more. Same thing with drags, they don't have anything on me, it's more rider and traction than the pipes. My only setback on drags is I don't run Haulers.
  15. When you get there, you'll want to take bikes with similar mods, so you'll do more, and then more. Trust me, it doesn't stop there! But it's all in good fun.
  16. if it's running decent, go to 300 on the mains, try the needle in the 4th again and run the shit out of it. I bet it'll run good, just make sure the slides are correct after trying the needle again. Seriously, they like the 4th clip with pipes. Glad to hear your getting to the end of your problem. Later.
  17. trial and error. NO ONE knows exactly what size they need until they try some and find out. Start around 310 main with a 30 pilot and the needle on the 3rd clip. That is a very very big assumption and will most definetly need some trying on the main. You could end up a 300 or 280, but it's better to start rich, and since I don't know what you need I threw that rich number in there. Go to the FAQ section here and read the jetting FAQ, that will help a bunch.
  18. hey sredish, You flyin in, or driving(bringing the bike)? ahh damn. You had to go and do that didn't you. Nah, I'm flying. No bike this trip, although it'd be more fun than sitting in a damned hotel doing other stuff. My construction company is the biggest client at our Foxworth Galbreath lumber store. For every dollar we spend we get points, at the end of the year, we can redeem them for things. We're the highest client and we get a trip for 2, actually for 4 this year, gave one to my brother. Last year, we went to New Orleans Mardi Gras, this year we decided Vegas. We could go to Cancun also, but it's not a long trip. I'd rather pay and stay longer. We get in tomorrow around 4 or and leave Sunday around noon, I believe. We're staying at NY NY. I told my wife, she's going to get her very first lapdance. She said uh huh.
  19. Are you 100% positive it comes from the petcock and that it's not case oil leaking from somewhere else?? I know you said it is, and I'm not doubting just double checking. I'm sure you feel like .
  20. nope. i've got a few that are ok, some wheelies and some bowls, and some of the land that I took personally. Don't worry, I'll get some to you however it may be. I've just been really busy, plus I'm going to Vegas Thurs. morning. YEAH BABY!! I just need to figure out the damned scanner. Later Dirtygirl. hehe.
  21. that's the wrong time to check the plugs. you need to check them after killing the motor on a wide open throttle run in a higher gear. that will give you a correct representation of how the main is, and it does sound like your lean so you better check before you f something up and can't ever get your money out of it.
  22. which is the dealer, and is this the actual screwing or what he does to the dealer after the screwing. here's me after the dealer screwing.
