that should be a good place to start. You might need to go up or down some depending on your elevation, air box lid on or off, and other small factors.
Jetting is easy. Set your needle in the 3rd position (just as a starting point, 'cause I recommend the 4th) and then set your main jet. Do a Wide Open Throttle test, kill it with the throttle pegged in 4th or 5th gear. Coast to a stop and check the plugs, should be a dark brown, any darker and it's rich, any lighter and it's BOOM, too lean.
Once the main is set, adjust your pilot for good throttle response, and idling. When that's set, play with your needle, move it to the 4th position and see how it runs, starts and all. You should be good to go after that.
Start with the suggestions above and see how it goes. One thing, you get richer as it gets hotter, because the air temps go up and the air is less dense. You get leaner in the winter, because the air gets cooler and more dense.
Remember with Jetting, keep it simple and don't overwhelm yourself with the big picture, take it one step at a time.
