  1. Well, I tried that some, used the "self" and then the "blank" and it just didn't work. The links work perfectly on my computer when using the links, but when loaded on the server, and I attempt to jump to another area, I click the menu and nothing happens. So, who knows. Ain't got no more patience. I'm out.
  2. Now, I'm getting a IE script error. It's asking me if I want to continue running scripts. It did it when I attempted to link to another page using the new pop-down menu. Later.
  3. Aight fellas, Got all the pop-down menus in and loaded with the correct link addresses. They all look good, but none are linking over, they're dead, don't even try to link. WTF!! http://www.redishconstruction.com/ is the address and the pages are as follows, just too add behind the url address: index.html homes.html metal.html who.html contact.html gallery.html Under the Homes page, I have a whole sub menu for that: builder.html design.html interior.html exterior.html general.html bidding.html faq.html They seem to work in my web app. but just don't try when loaded on the net. My app is Adobe GoLive 6.0 Take a look, if you have the motivation and just see what you think. Scott
  4. front meaning front of bike?? Well, at least now, you know what to do with her. Wiseco here we come.
  5. Looks pretty sweet Combat. The reason I'm trying to do this is because I'm adding like 4 or 5 pages in a subcategory format under one of my services. I think I've just decided to do a drop-down menu for navigation, much easier and a lot cleaner. I'll figure something out, and I'll let you guys take a look when I get ther. Thanks fellas, Scott PS - I've been wanting to do this but haven't had the time, now that I'm laid up on the couch, I've got plenty.
  6. yeah, 2.5mm is pretty damn small. I broke off an 8mm hex in a bolt not too long ago and it's still in there. Is it possible to just remove the bolt and put a new one in later or something? I'll keep thinking and if I come up with an idea I'll post it. Good luck.
  7. Maybe drill into it part of the way and then use the drill bit to put leverage on it to pull it out. Just a thought.
  8. I want to have my general links at the top, but a couple I want to have 4 or 5 links for a subcategory pop out in a menu when you rollover the link. How would I go about this and would it be very difficult? Also, I was adding some pages, and I noticed I could add "html" pages or "xhtml" pages. what the hell is xhtml compared to reg. html? Is this something I could be taking advantage of by using or not? Later.
  9. I would, but I don't fraternize with ds riders. There's a little link on the bottom of your post that says AIM, if a user has listed his AIM name, just click that link. j/k scredish is my aim name.
  10. yes, your pistons are fine with that compression. If you have your timing advanced much, you may consider a 50/50 race/prem. fuel mixture. 150 really should be fine, but just keep an eye out for detonation until you get used to how it feels and sounds.
  11. That's a "website issues" issue. Here's a link to the thread in there. Avatar Settings
  12. Where did you see that? Was a sig changed, cause I saw 20cc? Yeah, if you were running 15cc domes and you didn't some high octane race in there, BOOOOMMM, unless you live on Mt. St. Helens, especially if you had a lean condition to boot. Later.
  13. Yeah, I bet it feels great in the air, having that lighter front end. I can really tell how heavy my front end is when it's in the air. I've really been struggling over the idea of shortening it. My little accident has made me decide my next mod will be a shorter swingarm, because I can remember trying to pull her up and it not wanting to come up. That -2 arm sounds like the way to go. Later fellas.
  14. Uh oh, sounds like we have a debate here... Led, lets hear your retort on the fmf better than PC pipes.
  15. I had 4 tires mounted on wheels and a full lift kit (leaf springs and boxes) all shipped UPS. There 11 packages together and he dropped them off for me at my shop. The wheels/tire combos were pretty heavy. I've never thought of shipping Greyhound, that's very resourceful.
  16. word. if your really in doubt, take it to a shop and ask them to test your compression, they should do it for nada.
  17. Maybe some is getting in around the CDI, or a loose connection.
  18. You can find out how to make a leakdown tester here: How to Make a Leakdown Tester. As far as your compression, you are way low. 80 is a no go, and when you have quite a bit of difference, that is also a no go. You need a rebuild. I'd take it to a shop for a rebuild (if your uncomfortable with it) and aske them to perform a leakdown test prior to breaking it down, then when they have it rebuilt, perform another leakdown test. When you get it back, you should hopefully have a 125+ on each side and it will run like a mutha.
  19. an air leak can cause a lean condition, and therefore cause a hole in the piston.
  20. The bikinis are the important parts.
  21. When you take the cap off and remove the throttle cable and spring, look at the inside of the top of the slide. There is a little bolt, like a 6mm or something, that you unscrew and the needle will come out through the top. I'd suggest rejetting, but you might want to get that hole fixed first. You might throw in a 200 and your 48 pilot should be good. As far as needle, 4th clip is where I'd start. That should be rich enough for you to not blow another hole. From 200, you could go up or down. I run a 230 right now and you could be at a 180, 172 sounds a lean to me. 180 or 185 is about the norm for the low end of the range. Once again, .
  22. I can understand why nice one kid.
  23. lean jetting, detonation. sorry to hear that man.
  24. a lot of money is right. racing requires suspension. wider axle, wider a-arms and shocks to be specific. these will greatly enhance your racing ability because it will allow you to run the bike harder. a stock well-suspended bike will be faster compared to a well-modded bike with stock suspension, in regards to racing. In this order (I left off nerfs & tether becuase they are required, period): Air Intake (K&n, plate, reeds) Pipes High Compression Head (Nosshead, Coolhead, milled head) Timing Plate ($30 off Ebay) +4 axle +2+1 a arms Shocks Porting Carb upgrades just keep on going.... Don't forget the safety gear that you should not be without: Helmet Chest Protector Riding Boots Goggles Well, that's a good place to start anyway.
  25. I already know, it's awesome. You love it, let us know how it ends up. Later.
