  1. I should have too. Some slick new features and looks. 2005 Ford Superduty
  2. 41 divided by 14 = 2.928571429 (well, 2.93).
  3. I'm thinking your throttle cable is too close to a moving suspension part and when your suspension flexes it kinks it and stretches/pulls the cable causing it to stick in wot.
  4. i wonder... if something was wrong with the choke circuit, would it cause something like that??
  5. what about the gasket cork you can buy and cut into whatever form you want, wonder if you cut some and put 'er in there, if it would seal. just a thought.
  6. whoops, sorry bout that, for some reason i thought i remember you saying you did, i was mistaken. i, to, have heard that the rockets come on a little earlier and rev a little more, but have no firsthand experience, i'd like some though.
  7. i thought by smoking it, well that's what the guy across the tracks told me. seemed to work pretty good...
  8. I do have one contact at TheDieselStop.com, but I haven't heard back from him yet. Later.
  9. I've decided to go ahead and lift my F250, I knew I would. I don't want much, like 2.5 to 3.5 inches. I was thinking I wanted to go with a spring hanger kit to eliminate sagging add-a-leaves, or bouncy leaf kits and to retain factory ride. But I did see the Donahoe Edge 2" minipack, and that might work, a little smaller than I wanted, but it may work. Another reason I was opting for hanger kit was so I could add more lift with leaves and still retain the lift acheived with the hangers. Price will be the biggest factor as it will be used 75% on road and 25% off-road. What I need from you all is a good contact or someone that can get a really good deal on some components. When I mean deal, I mean dirt freaking cheap and not making any money cause I'm a selfish bastard. Evil has directed me to Offroad Superstores and they've been pretty good with my Jeep. I am having one little issue with a backordered item and not getting a lot of communication, but no biggie. So, give a brotha the hookup.
  10. Now, I'm not saying it's good or bad, but I've heard of 'em being ran up to +12, but I'm not sure how much difference there is between +5 and +7 or +7 and +12, but I know some run it there. In fact, a bud runs his at +10 or something, but I'm unsure how much better it will run. Someone else here can tell us, I'm sure. Maybe I need to bump mine up some.
  11. I think they're both very high quality. Comparing the two, you couldn't go wrong either way, they're both nice. I don't really have much experience with hi-rev/drag pipes, but I think it's a tossup. I'd personally love to have a set of Rockets, but I'd also like a set of PT mids. Hmm, I think I need a couple more banshees to play with... BTW, reas sells Grand River Racing pipes and not any of the pipes discussed in this post and I don't think anyone here would lie for a sell nor do I believe they make much money of of bhq members.
  12. my vote is to stay with the stockers, i've heard more than several complaining about how their power comes on and going back to stockers has fixed the problem. my opinion.
  13. well, i didn't really mean it like that... get your hesitation fixed?
  14. I forgot, your riding style will dictate what pipes will fit you better. DMC's and PT mids are both a midrange pipe, but the PT's will give you some more top end and maybe a little more flexibility with your machine's ability. I'd say PT mids, they'll give you all the low/mid power you need plus being able to rev a little more.
  15. Low end Pipes (tight trails, woods, xc): DMC 2-1 Dynoport 2-1 Motofast 2-1 FMF Gnarly Midrange / All-Around pipes (trails, woods, mx, duning): Paul Turner midrange FMF Fatty (midrange) FMF SST (all around) Bills Pipe Pro Circuit (all around) DG (all around) Hi-rev Pipes (open trails, dunes, drag): Paul Turner hi-rev Toomey LRD Trinity CPI Shearer Rocket Grand River Racing I'm sure I'm missing some or need to edit this, if so, someone let me know.
  16. is the tusk clutch kit still on backorder or not???

  19. I've got: Nike shoes, TW Nike Golf shoes, Hiking boots (double as riding boots) Fox riding boots Teva sandals (6 years old and still good as new) flip flops. Is that too many??
  20. run a wot plug check and see if you look lean on the main...
  21. You probably just need to bleed some air out of the line. If you don't know how to do that, search or look in the service manual. I'm crunched for time and can't explain it at the moment. It's simple though.
  22. well, i want some PT mids, give 'em up. Come on tats, trade you my fatties for your pt's. plus a steak dinner.
  23. well, it's been well over an hour. times-a-wasting...
  24. I've had no probs with my PD, but I wish I would've bought the NOSS, partly for his support here, and from what I've learned about his company, seems to be a straight-forward and helpful company that stands behind their product, oh and also becuase of the cool colors, I'd like a YZ Blue. Dave, you take trade-ins??
