  5. Well, it's here. I'm on it now, trying to get it all put together. Got my network up, my printers installed, and I'm installing Office:Mac right now. Just checking this thing out, but so far so good. Seems to be pretty cozy to work on so far. I like the feel of the unit and it's pretty damn small compared to my older one. We'll see how it goes.     My wife went to Wal-Mart last night. She was gone forever, turns out she went to some game store and got a good deal on a brand new XBox system, so she hooked me up. Cool, what a wife!
  7. Try a 190 or 200 to start with on the main. needle will probably be good in the 4th clip, that's what the fattys tend to like. pilot could be a 48 to 52.

  10. Get rid of that POS stock filter setup and get a Pro Design ProFlow with a Uni or K&N and that will help flow and insure a good seal on your filter.
  11. No probs with that mate, just like locogato said. If your trying to do something with your coolant to lower your temps, then Engine Ice is it, watter wetter is does about as much at water alone.

  19. sorry man, i didn't mean to be an asshole, it just caught me way off guard. that was some disgusting shit and with all the hot-blooded thoughts and arguments I didn't think it was very proper. you might post it in the Images section and that way who ever wants to see it can. I probably won't be looking at it again though.
  20. Now that, I understand. I have to go out there at like 10 at night if I have to work on something, to f'ing hot during the day. i hate getting up early with a passion, but i will do it to ride and hunt and fish, that's about it.
  21. I used to have a pic of my old '01 White dually doin that but of course, I can't find it. Had a detroit in the rear and i could light them fuckers up. Bad thing about hopped-up diesels, they have so much freaking power that it's dangerous as hell to drive them when it's been raining, but it's more fun that way.

  23. well, i'm running a bigger main than I should be. It doesn't look super lean, but I don't have near the color I'd like, so it worries me. It runs really good, and it colors great in the midrange throttle, but my WOT is just a little lighter than I'd like and I'm afraid of putting a hole in my piston. I've checked a hundred different times for air leaks and can not find one anywhere. I'm going to go back to the ES's because I have much more experience reading them, and then play with it some more. If all else fails, I'm going to grab one of my other main jets and start drilling to see how far she wants to go before fouling and that should give me an idea of where she's at now with my present jet. BTW. Single carb, Fatty pipes, no internal work, VForce Reeds, ProFlo Uni, timing and some other little doodad shit and I'm running a 230 main. Biggest I can get for my Keihen. I should be around 180 or 190. The SOB will freaking run hard though, seriously, I can hang with some I feel I shouldn't be able to. My comp. is 125 even on both, lower than I'd like, but... Anyway, I'll keep riding till I get it or she blows, but I'll have fun either way.
  24. I like big-blocks, and I like the imports also. I have respect for any type of vehicle that has been put together properly. Actually, I would love to have a sweet import for cruising at night or something. However, you are ALL missing the new wave. Turbo-diesel. My 6.0L 8k pound truck is hitting the 1/4 in under 14 seconds, and all I've done at this point is throw a module and an exhaust. Where else can you do that? There are some that drag their diesel and are hitting 12's and flirting with 11's and putting out so much freaking torque that the imports would run away and cry, yet they get 22mpg and cruise down the highway better than they did from the factory. The new Volkswagen SUV will be offered with a diesel motor putting out 350 or so hp and like 500lbs of torque, and that's awesome for that little suv. Now, I know, these things are more expensive, but hey lets put the end goal out there, who is fastest and who has most potential?
