  1. Sometimes it takes a little while for it to populate into the listings. You can find it in My Ebay, but it won't show up in the listings immediately, in fact, I think there's a notation in there when your setting up the listing. Give it till the morning and if it's not there than there's a prob.
  2. If anyone south of me, like Screamin_Banshee, wants to head up and stay here for the night, or just meet up and ride together, share a truck/trailer or something, I'm down with that. I'm just a jog off of I-35 and it'd suck to have to ride alone when they're are more people passing right by. I've got a few different trailers, hell I'd load 'em down and just take 'em all up there.
  3. Do you remember at what rpm the Fatties signed off?
  4. Exxon 93 for me, and I can fillup anywhere.
  5. get the pipes first and make sure the power is what you want before you go all out in suspension. i'm not telling you what to do, but the stock pipes are shit and you can't compare them. get the fmf fatties, they'll have good low response and killer midrange and very good top. you can't go wrong with them. then teach that 450r what's up. it'll definitely suck the money in a hurry. then you'll be like
  6. If you follow dunedemons link (very first post in this thread) to the mag's site, it'll tell you where you can find the mag if you want to buy it.
  7. Just ordered one from RMATV for $20, and I thought I'd get some opinions from you guys. Anyone used one, how do they flex, and how do they look in real life? Later.
  8. yessa!! got some numbers too.
  9. They probley wont have the offical drag strip open, but people line up on the flats and someone drops there hand its about 300 yards Whoops. messed up! Yea, the "unofficial" drags will be hittin it I'm sure. Oh, and anyone wantin good ol Texas beer, let me know.
  10. Yep. Start with the main jets. Once they're set, then adjust your needle in to where it feels good, then get the pilot situated. Get it idling and starting good.
  11. man, quit whining and get some pipes. if you want low response then get one of the sets of pipes that you mentioned below. if you have stock pipes, then your machine is just sucked down bigger than shit. you'll have a totally different machine with pipes. also, if you need to take corners better than your gonna need suspension. didn't you say a arms and axles? man, you know what you need to do so quit bein a cheap ass and do it. and why do you have an '02 machine that's already bored .40 over?
  12. Don't remember, 21mm is springing to mind, but then 1 3/4" also does, don't remember exactly. A pipe wrench will work fine, just remember you have heat them up if they've never been removed due to the factory loctite. An air hammer is always a good second choice. That should tighten it. I've never seen one come loose that's never been taken off. If it's been removed before, than I could see it loosening and giving you some play in there. How old is the chain? If it's an old chain, then it's probably stretched all the way and it's time for a new chain. Thing is, if it's old and working, then you get a new one, it's gonna be a lot tighter and your sprockets won't line up perfectly because they've grooved to your old chain. It's very bad to run an old stretched out chain that's ready to give in, it's almost as bad to run a new chain on the sprockets that old chain was on. So, when you go to buy your new chain, get new sprockets as well. You can get the cheapies for liek $14 from Rocky Mountain ATV and they'll last as long as any.
  13. I've been teeterin on getting a subscription or not, since they don't sell it anywhere around me. I used to buy it when I lived in AZ. Here's a pic off the site. Looks freakin awesome. I may have to go ahead and get the mag sent to me. It wouldn't line up right, so I had to put the dots in there to line it up. ......................
  14. where you from homey, that's why dey got da location thingy on the right.
  15. It's all that zeppelin, it's getting to his head. somebody turn the radio off.....
  16. aha!! who's the biggest idiot in here? That's right. You know, I was wondering why he said a Power Core silencer for his 4 stroker, but thought he's just confused. looking back i see boost (boot bottle) and his "fatty" is singular. i know, i'm being picky, but i came in thinking big bear so it made sense. this is a case where typos will get people confused. sorry bout that jlh, i would've thought more about that rather than send you out to another place. 260 sounds like a pretty close number, depending on the temps, 270 might be good, you'll definitlely have to keep an eye as to not over lean the jetting. I've always heard one size per 1,000 feet, while that doesn't always work out perfectly, it will often get you in the ballpark. I ran 310s in mine at 1,000' (give or take), so 310 going down 5 sizes gets you at ........ drumroll .......... 260, and that's where I'd start. Later, and sorry again for that.
  17. I downloaded them to my files (you know for personal time wasting) and it defaults to Quicktime on my Mac, but what program would be best to use to screw around with them?
  18. I was 42 going into the 18th, but that last hole got me. I'll have to try it again when I got some time. I could sit there all day doin that.
