  1. There should be a spacer inbetween the nut+sprocket hub.Once you take it apart+ install it.It will push the nut to the left+by spinning the two piece nut setup, it will spread apart+take up the play.
  2. Anytime Ben.Glad to help out if i can. ttyl
  3. Ben I looked+found some,but only one looks useable.

I would have to agree with that!Paul has also gone out of his way to help me locate some filters that i could'nt find on the east coast. :thumb:
  6. Denny was filming as we were hillshooting, hopefully he can post some video. The hill was a real cake walk nothing difficult, but lineing up right next to a 900 tripple was a little intimidating. With my-2 1/2 swingarm it was a handfull comeing out of the hole.Next time i'll run my+2.Jason+joe were running+4's and had much better luck with the nail it+dump the clutch technique. :baseball_w00t:
  7. Thanks+Congrats once again Denny to you+your crew. You guys deserve alot of credit for that hard earned victory. The guys from Denny's crew(TPC) were super helpfull+lent us a cest protector. So all of us banshee guys could have some fun on the mx track. This was their back up riders gear with an hour left to go in the race. We also had a great time+are looking forward to going back there on Sept 16th.For another challenge with the big sno-mo's on the hill.I think we surprised them with our little 350's
  8. Banshee364 is correct. It's not recomended to wire the switch to the coil.spliceing it to the handlebar switch is the way to go.
  9. I have one for sale 150.00 shiped.
  10. My brother+myself are going to take a ride up saturday.I'll give Jason a call tomorrow+see if we can put a team together. We'll bring the gear with us just incase, atleast we can do some some hill climbing. We'll be in a white+silver F350 pulling a 37ft 5th wheel toybox lettered with team F.I.O.signs. Hope to see ya there.
  11. Dave Here's to a happy birthday+a fast recovery.
  12. Sorry to hear of your accident. Don't feel bad everybody does it sooner or later. You have to find your limitations somehow. At least you did'nt get hurt+the quad does'nt sound too messed up. I'll share a story. 2 years agow 2 weeks before i was to put my quad on the truck for the trip to Glamis.I thought it would be a good idea to take one last shake down run,to dial in my new front end.As soon as i rode it i realized there was not enough caster. It would tank slap if you let go of the bars. But that did'nt stop me .I jumped on it+ripped through the gears.Peaked out in 4th i come around a corner+my bro is heading strait for me from the oppisite direction. After over compensating to avoid a head on. The quad+myself did multiple violent high speed cartwheels. This was on hard packed gravel, after the dust settled i was ok but the quad was'nt. Bent axle+one hub.Broke the grab bar, brake+clutch levers+handlebars. Was not a good day! Thanks to a lot of good people from this site offering me parts. I had it all fixed+on the truck two weeks later.
  13. Peter, Stan(cotton eyed joe)makes some very nice spring loaded billet hangers, that are just what your looking for.I use them+would highly recommend them.
  14. Happy Birthday Brad! Now put the can down+slowly step away from the polish.

  18. Ben I have some extras.I can send ya.I also have some 14in stainless, honda style tie rods without ends.Walter gave them to me when i converted to the honda style.I used the ends but needed a little longer rods for some reason. You can have them too if you like.Send me your shipping info+i'll get them out tomorrow.ttyl John
  19. I put it alltogether+applied pressure to the arm untill all the play was gone. Then adjusted the threaded part to locate the arm about 1/8 inch to the outside of the adjustment mark on the case. Then i removed the pressure plate being carefull not to change the setting. With it off i put a wrench on the unit on the inside+tighened the locknut on the outside. It was a real monkey show, but it worked for me.
  20. I would give it a try.As long as you move the lower ones too.The geometry should stay the same, just increases the wheelbase a little. You should only have to adjust your tierods to keep the set up the same.Assuming the shocks+or tierods don't create new issues with the a-arms.Good luck,i hope it works out for ya.That's a very impressive ride you have there!
  21. I have a good working stock one for 50.00 or a dyna for 150.00
