    7 Mill cub

Unless you have 4mil castings that you'd like to turn into 7mil. Otherwise I'd prolly jump straight to 10.
  2. Dont know how thick they are as they're not sitting in front of me. They are the same thickness as every other mass produced reed spacer. I believe they are Pro-Design spacers.
  3. Got a set I'll sell ya for $15 shipped!
  4. Perhaps you could just grind that side down a little instead of taking a hammer to it?
  5. It's about F'in time they did it, instead of gouging ya on each piece individually!
  6. Stick with the stock Honda clutch parts. I never could get an aftermarket clutch to have the same feel as a stock Honda clutch or last as long. Honda now sells a clutch kit for CR and CRF models. Comes with everything you need instead of having to buy each piece individually. Tell your shop guy to look into it. I'm sure they are priced competitively with aftermarket kits.
  7. Both, been like that since the "redo".
  8. TM Designworks exhaust collars for FMF pipes work perfectly on Shearers. Just put em on reverse of the way they go on FMF. No leaks!
  9. I've always been told that you can't buy a bike still in the crate due to liability issues. If the dealer doesn't put it together and service it, then they could be held liable if something is wrong with it. Don't know if there's any truth to it, maybe someone else can shed more light on this.
  10. WOW, thats the coolest Blaster I've ever seen! Sounds like its running some fairly quick times as well. Good job!
  11. It looks kinda neat, but kinda hacked up at the same time. Reminds me of the old Tecate in a way. Looks as though it sits kinda tall, and the swingarm angle is ridiculously steep.
  12. Calvin needs to leave well enough alone with this cylinder biz. I'm gonna end up having to build a SuperCub. Good Times!
  13. I was gonna say, you're one tough SOB if yours were as tight as mine and you pulled em by hand. My bearings were in good shape and mine still wouldn't budge without the puller. I guess you got lucky.
  14. Take the nut off and use a gear puller. It will pop right off with the puller, without one you're wasting time.
  15. Hope the weekend turns out good for everyone. Keeping my fingers crossed on the weather! So far we've had a decent amount of rain, should make for good traction.

    4mm Cub DRAG STATS?

I dont know about asphalt but I've got a 4mil cub that can put an ass whippin on a few 10mils in 300 ft sand drags. The only downfall I can see to the 4mil in 1/8th mile would be that it wouldnt have the torque to pull as tall of a gear as the bigger motors.
  17. I've noted your point. To be honest though, in my area, I'm pretty sure I could get outta my Banshee exactly what I bought it for 4 yrs ago if I hadn't turned it into a drag bike. I see them selling all the time in a helluva lot worse cond than mine was in before I stripped it.
  18. Really? Explain to me O Great One, how 250R's sell for $3500-$4000 in average to above average condition right now. I know for a fact that in 1986 and '87 you could buy them brand new all day long for $2300. I bought a near new cond. '87 R in 1988 for $1500 Maybe its not worth 5-7k to you or anyone else who would take it and ride it, but to a collector who wants a perfect, unrestored example of one for show and tell, it is definitely worth it!
  19. Pic of the bike this stuff is coming off of. I don't deal in junk! click
  20. Will have pics available tomorrow!
