The fit is excellent, but ya better not ever plan on running an airbox. Stingers will hit pods but you can adjust the filter so it wont hit, actually just one of mine rubs and it's not much. The silencers are riveted(wish they had screws) and the chrome is a single step process, not triple plate show chrome. I like em tho.

I think most people with high HP go with max load bearings on all but the outer clutch side (some even use them there). I went with a TZ on it just for extra insurance.

I don't think you have to worry about anyone showing up with NOS and especially not a turbo. These rules only apply to the 326cc and up two strokes, so don't be afraid to bring the valve bangers.

Raise the needles all the way up, clip on bottom position. mine did the exact same thing when i bought it. I don't know how the guy even rode it like that, wouldn't pull at all. After raising needles it ran like a champ!

No, 250R sprocket uses the bolt with beveled head. Tried the hardware store but they didn't have anything in the right metric size. Don't want it to be loose and fuck up the sprocket or hub.
