I have a 421 cub with a similar setup, high compression, +7 on the plate. I run VP110 which is 107 motor octane with no issues, Sunoco standard 110 is 106 motor octane which will work as well. VP C12 is 108 motor octane and Sunoco supreme 110 is a true 112 motor octane. Any of those will work just fine. If you run an oxygenated fuel then you might need to jet fatter on the main, but that’s about it.1 point
