just an fyi, you need 12V to power this unit. it should work fine on an R6.

So is using launch control better than just pining it and dumpin the clutch? Why?

you will leave at the exact same rpm every time. it is alot different, takes some getting used to. some like it, some dont.

i would have to check with dyna when they talk about a 12v system i have found out most of the time they are talking about the coils not the battery/charging system i had a msd 2 step launch controler 4350 and would not work. maybe worth looking in to maybe this is diff

Dyna rev box drl 300 cdi rev limiter will work with a 9 volt battery. Use a good battery, it will last 6 months or longer. Just unplug the battery when not racing.

yeah the dyna should only need the 12V pos volts from the battery. the other wires will only run off of the trigger wore for the coils. im not a sportbike electronics expert, so i would find out for sure. but looks like one would work on your R6.
