paultrombley98
I have noticed today that my exhaust is starting to rust and I was wondering if anyone has a good way to clean off the rust and make that pipe shine again! special06shee
How bad? If its very minor rust, crc, wd40,etc.. Will take it off with a little elbow grease.

sheerider11
I like naval jelly. Eats the rust. If the pipes are new, don't use Brillo or steel wool. If there old and not great looking, do it.

Strm Trpr
I've used Naval Jelly in the past with good success. Like said above, WD40 and PB Blaster work good too. Get some #0000 steel wool and buff it out. It will not scratch the finish. I use Never Dull to Polish or Mothers and a Power Ball.
TroyBrock
I used #0000 and some nickel polish on my fmf pipes to get the rust and they were pretty bad when I bought them and now they have a nice shine to them, no mirror finish though. trickedcarbine
I know it works. I did the cola on battery terminals when I was young but I fucking hate the mess.
