this banshee has been my pride and joy since 2008. it was a gift to myself after i got divorced. my intention was to build a nice trail quad but went a little overboard! over the last few weeks i tore this thing down to the frame and powder coated everything! frame, arms, front bumper, rear grab bar, nerf bars and swinger are prismatic powders splatter black

the hubs, spindles, brake hub, and sprocket hubs are prismatic powders ink black
http://www.prismaticpowders.com/colors/P-0106S/ink-black/
it has about 3 short rides on it since i did the rebuild. the port work is 1 out of 2 banshees that exist that have this engine setup. the only other bike thats setup like this was dynode at 70hp. i can say this with confidence because the guy that did the work is one of my best friends. if you are seriously interested in this i will give you the builders info.

4mm stroker with matching port work.
its runs on 110 octane and has only ever had amsoil dominator run through it.
if i remember right its on its second or third bore.
the head was shaved down and re domed to match the 4mm crank. basically it all looks like a stock banshee engine. its a total sleeper.....until you start it up!

Nice bike, I love the blacked out look.

Where are you located?   I have a buddy with a nice '88 250R.  He's just added Laegers + 2 A-arms, Elka stage 4 Long travel fronts, stage 4 rear, flexx handlebars, ASV levers, nerf bars etc.  Don't think much is done to the motor but it makes good bottom end.  The power comes on pretty much instantly the way it is set up.  Definitely a nice woods/track bike. Not sure if he would even be interested but I'll run it by him

I had one last year, an '89 model and I loved everything about it except getting my ass kicked in a straight line by my buddy's banshee so I had to go back to the banshee.   I used to race MX on a banshee when I was in high school.   I won the holeshot at every race but that's where my advantage over the other guys ended since my bike was nearly bone stock.  Sure wish I would have had an R back then instead!  GLWS

I like the black theme an I think 5k is reasonable considering the motor sounds ok

5k for that pig, goodluck dreamer go sell it on TRX250R.net

Your calling this guys bike a pig? You need to look in the mirror, you will see what a pig looks like.

Learn some respect your making Australia look bad.
